I believe the name of the gentleman who helped me was Steve Ellis. He asked if I had any pets, and to which I answered that I have two dogs.. one of them being a puppy. He explained that padding was perfect for having dogs who might have accidents and just for blocking stains in general. And let's just say my puppy has his fair share!
