I just read a bunch of reviews of this place. Many of which say the people wouldn't help them. Wouldn't help pull parts, wouldn't help take rims off a car, etc. ITS A SELF SERVICE YARD!!! What that means is you go there, find your part, and PULL IT! I bought a BMW latch set that would have cost me about $50 on line USED, for less than $5. They don't even ask what car the stuff comes off of unless they are trying to figure out things like if a seat has an airbag or something like that. You don't pay for "PREMIUM" vehicle names. A jeep door is the same as a Mercedes door! Anyway, personally I LOVE this place. The cars are mostly very clean for a junk yard, most are NOT totaled vehicles, and the way they place them in the yard makes it safe to climb in, over, or even under depending on your part. Watch out in the summer because I was there today when it was about 109 degrees out so take lots of water. But in the winter, I can shop here for hours. I buy cars and fix them up for sale or donation and I find all kinds of stuff at this yard. The people? They all seem pretty cool to me, I've never had an issue. Five stars for me! read more

First time at a junk yard and this place had almost everything that we needed to complete a job. Admission is $2 but if you sign up for VIP it's $1. Workers were helpful and knowledgeable about what we need. BRING TOOLS! If you don't have tools with you turnaround and go home. Those are essential to get what you need from the car. read more

Horrible. There's a woman and man who straight up just rob you, they charge one price originally and then keep lifting up the price even more. Bad service and very rude, the man took my tools and threw them just because he was angry. Do not go here it's horrible and nasty. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. I wasn't able to get a bumper removed on my own, Christina was able to set up a time for a staff member to remove and recover some bumper brackets I needed for a client. Most junkyards won't even offer that service to you! In my experience, the staff has always been great to me. there was a time I felt that I may have been overcharged and Daniel took care of me. I have found several good quality parts here for a great price. read more

Good pricing absolute worst customer service. They will not take a call regarding parts pricing and only suggest getting pricing when you arrive at the location. They post prices online which many times they refuse to honor. If you are like me and have to travel a considerable distance to get to the yard you are rolling dice as to whether they will back up their online pricing or tell you the posted price is outdated. Also since they only pick up if you are attempting to sell a car they repeat what I said earlier and then hang up on you without warning. Terrible, terrible service. But as I stated their online posted pricing seems to be better than other yards if they honor it. read more

unwilling to help. I drove over an hour to grab some rims. They wouldnt take the wheels off the car because it was 20 minutes before the employees left. i couldn't go and pull them myself because I had my son with me. I would not give them business ever. Rows are safe to navigate, great prices. They have carts available for use while in the yard. Get there early as it gets hot fast. Bring your own tools, the only thing the loan out are the tire de-rimming tools. read more

Got a $75 store credit as was put on u- pull and pay card , Went to get a few parts for wife's car and went to pay and was told unable to honor card as the company changed hands on Jan1 2023 , . I received card in June well after supposedly change hands. But they still not honor the store credit . Not only lied to but they are thrives! I'am submitting all of my evidence to state atty fraud division. We will see . Buyers beware these people are lying thieves! read more

Please be aware their hours have changed and they close at 4 PM not 5pm as advertised on yelp, or at 5:30 as advertised on Google. I dealt with the most vile woman ever. She said her name was Sabrina but could be lying. She was very obese and had extremely dirty glasses. I asked if they had my make and model to which she replied very rudely "I'll check but you have to come back tomorrow I'm kicking all these people out cause we close at 4". I showed her the website advertised 5pm to which she pointed at a piece of tape in the shape of the number 4 on a piece of cardboard that would not be visible to a customer. I advised she didn't have to be rude and she replied "I don't care it's not you that has to kick out these f**king people I'm tryna go home".... I asked her name and she replied "and what does THAT change?!?" Then like a hermit crab in a shell she hide in the office. Bravo Sabrina. If you hate dealing with people you should get a different job that your weak minded self can tolerate. I ordered the part on eBay instead. u-pull&PAY. Good thing they put pay in their name because you'll have to sell your liver to afford to afford anything. I bought a 25 year old fuse box with only 5 fuses on it for $17 and a good strut for $7 on top of $2 per person. You have to get the parts yourself and everything and they still charge more than any retail store. Not to mention how horrible the customer service is WOW. Definitely not interested in helping anyone. Fu*k this place. Don't spend your money here. read more

Love this place. . . Super organized friendly staff which makes your visit even better. All the Ladies in the front especially Veronica my go to with everything but that is when she is working. she has come to my rescue when I needed first aid assistance cutting my hand open and which I should have got stitches on more than one occassion not to mention she has been able to find my lost purchases when my reciepts are in shambles and pieces. Tore up, no ink left on the paper she somehow figures it out. NOTICE: This is definitely not a guarantee she can do it for you or even myself but she works her magic and comes thru for the situation. Great selection to bad the chic at the gate that we told we had smaller parts with us lied to her boss lady and said we never told her. We just lost like 150.00 in parts that we had just got from pick a part. SMH to the lady with her self righteous pink marker... You shouldnt be si rude and disrespectful to the customers. Very friendly and courteous staff, and well organized lot. I was able to see online they had several Dodge Intrepids' prior to heading there. Once there, they offered to look up the car and even gave me a print out of the row the vehicles were in. I got lucky because out of the 5 cars that had interchangeable parts only 1 had the part I needed, but certainly not anything they can control since they only know what cars are on the lot, not which parts are left in the cars. (For the few dollar entry fee, if they show to have the car you're looking for, it's certainly worth a trip down to check). After laying in a puddle of water and vehicle fluids to pull a valve body they have a wash center to clean up at which I appreciate. This isn't the first time I've visited this location and certainly wont be the last. read more

This business deserves a zero rating. Their inventory is not organized and their staff are less than helpful. After looking at the website and seeing the vehicle I was looking for, as well as the part I was seeking, was available and ready for the picking ... I drove the 1/2 hour to get there, only to find nothing. Hence, the website is not to be trusted with regards to parts, and the yard staff behind the counter are not helpful in providing what you need to know to find what you're looking for. Also, they're not willing to assist in the event the vehicle you're looking for is locked behind additional fencing, with the rule being "No Access" unless they accompany you. With that kind of Catch-22, you're SOL. Also, they charge you $2 per person just to get into the yard to search for the vehicle (with no map for guidance). It was neither worth the money, the time nor the trip. A complete waste. read more

This place is such a rip off! Do not go there.... ever!!! I bought a rear axle assembly. The one tire's lug nut would not come off. Flaco ( one of the employees) tried cutting it off with a hammer and chisel (Destroying the rim) still wouldn't come off. So they charged me an extra $19.99 + $14.99 ( for a core) + $19.99 for the tire. This isn't the bad part yet. I returned 2 days later with the core ( a rim I had at home) the original rim to replace for 30 day warrantee. Got the 14.99 back and charged 2.00 for re admission. (Okay) Returned with another rim charged 19.99+ another 14.99 for another core + environmental fees and taxes= 41.77 - 17.90? Credit = 17.90 that I got charged 4X for because their swiper skills suck! I'll fight the extra charges at the bank but now that m 1 rim down and paid 68.55 for a crappy 17 yo rim ( I never needed) thanks u- pull & pay& pay & pay You suck, I'll never be back and recommend no one Ever goes there!! read more

Went to the place. Had a picture of the car - the posting said the 1999 Toyota Camry was in row 38. Walked the place - got help finding row 38. Too bad there was no 1999 Toyota Camry - gold in row 38. Disappointed, I went to the check out and talked to the lady at the register. Told her what the ad said. She said that the inventory changes daily and that I should have checked the inventory again before I came out. I said "I pulled the ad for the car the day before, August 24, 2018 at 4:00pm." She said I should have check today. Well today, three days later - August 27, 2018 - at 8:00am - the car a 1999 Gold color Camry is showing in inventory in row 38. I wonder if someone borrowed the car for the weekend and brought it back (sarcasm). This place is a joke. read more
