The girls at the front desk when checking out need to get of their above all high horse when it comes to pricing things. I am always very courteous and honest when purchasing items but today was quite ridiculous to the point of me making this review. Let's just say they wanted to charge me quadruple what and item would be new just because they're "separate" even through the items could easily be waved as one part. Very disappointing and unprofessional to be stubborn about that kind of thing just for you to throw it away once I walk out the doors. This location is the only place I have a problem. Wish the only 2 models of cars I pull from would be at any other location. Makes me dread coming here now and I think to myself if it's even worth it at this point. read more

Cash register gentlemen by name of "JOSE" did poor today. I asked kindly if he could step outside by the loading gate to give me a price on a door I had pulled from the yard. He refused and said" SORRY I DONT GO OUTSIDE". I asked the other cashiers which were two young ladies that kindly accepted to assist me outside and give me pricing. Jose refused to assist me but accepted to assist other customers of his choice preference and stepped outside to assist them. Very bad service the employees act like they own the place or if themselves are loosing their money. They also charge for the warranty rather then ask first that's some kind of scam they have going, very fradualant. They aslo overcharged on some old ford taillights 55$ that's excessive. Javier (guy who sets up pick ups) was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Told me the date my car could get scheduled for pick up and then hung up on me immediately before I could even ask what time frame. I then called back their regular number to get transferred back to that department and now he won't answer at all. Idk who I spoke with but they were extremely unprofessional. Avoid doing any kind of business with this place. They will give you a ridiculously low price even for a scrap yard. You're better off finding somewhere else with more knowledgeable employees. The people here only care about one thing and that's money. Customer service is the last thing they are worried about. Not only was I harassed with numerous unwanted texts but also a phone call. During our conversation over text I made it clear I was no longer interested due to the fact that I was informed by friends of how horrible of a service they have. Even after making it clear I no longer was interested. I was pursued by employee through multiple texts. And then when I said something he didn't like he got mad and said they don't want my car anyways because they don't want to deal with my "crap." The conversation should've ended there but within minutes I was called and yelled at and also told by one of th employees that I have no life. I don't know what kind of customer service training goes on there. But it all needs some work. DON'T SELL TO THESE SCAMMERS When it come to the selling your vehicle, these guys are total scammers. They are only in this to make money off you by selling your car for parts at a marked up price. When I sold my vehicle to them I was quoted $400.00 but when the their tow truck driver showed up he had a check for $375.00. Went to their website and specifically inquired about a wheel for my car. The web page said they had six cars with this wheel in their lot. I made the long trip there and they CHARGED me to just look for the item on their lot (No help or assistance from them. The six cars were totally stripped out with no wheels or anything else. I asked why I had to pay to see that they in fact did not have ANY. I asked for my payment back and they shouted at me rudely and said no and then totally ignored me. I waited for a response to my questions and eventually they said tough luck, go to our other sites they have some. So I went to their other sites and they did NOT have any. I found out that they could have checked their computer and found out that there were none, but just sent me on a wild goose chase. The following adventure occurred at Pull N Save, 320 S 27th ave, 5/23/19 around 11 am. Upon entry the only thing I noticed about the signage was that this company appeared to warrant that its merchandise was not stolen. For any other type of guarantee finance was required. A woman checked my backpack prior to entry. Later she would claim I had brought nothing in. The item in contention is a roughly 4 x 3 x 1.5 inch maroon colored plastic piece that fits under the inner door latch of my 1989 Eldorado. They had none of those vehicles on the lot. What they did have were two Sevilles, which are essentially the 4-door variant. I think I found one, which didn't work for me. I found an antenna boot for my Hyundai and remembered that I could use some chrome lug nuts for the Caddy. So I walked back to the office to pay for what I had, get some more info on Seville #2, and retrieve my tire iron. At that point the employee pulled my piece from the pack, stowing it under the counter--by his actions accusing me of criminal behavior. I made three salient comments to him: 1) That is my property 2) It's broken--look at it, and 3) You're going to sell me my own property? After I made the last point I decided to get comfortable, leaning on the counter. This creeped out the thief no end, and after some defensive verbiage he gave me my item back, refusing to sell me anything. As I walked to my car he said something to the effect that I was banned from all company locations. I reserve the right to not purchase items that will not fit on my vehicle. In order to make an intelligent decision I needed to bring that specific piece with me. As far as the company is concerned, they might ask their customers if they're bringing anything in so as to avoid any problems. For my part I am perfectly willing to drive my Cadillac down to the lot to show those people my drivers door, with hole and broken piece. If they want to see the title and registration we could do that too. Hopefully that will settle the issue. It is not the case that the staff are the survivors and the customers are the un-dead.
