Fantastic service, communication, value to the final destination 1000 miles away. Over a 2-month period from initial contact/quote, delivering an empty trailer to unloading a full 28' trailer, both local (pickup) and destination, all ABF folks have been most professional, friendly, accommodating and helpful. Payment was made at the time of destination delivery. Compared to driving yourself truck rentals or moving via the largest white pods, U-Pack/ABF was by far the most economical, reliable, trustworthy and accommodating way to move. We had to make a couple quote adjustments changes and ABF was extremely understanding, flexible and helpful. Trailer drop off, pickup and destination delivery were on-time as scheduled (even while snowing during drop off). Because the delivery destination zip code was out of their trailer delivery service area (we were told this up front), ABF allowed us to unload the trailer (into a locally rented uhaul) at their distribution center in an out-of-the-way area over a 2-day period. Everyone at ABF was gracious and considerate. ABF also volunteered (I didn't think to ask) a pricing discount since trailer unloading would occur at their distribution center. Also, because the household goods unexpectedly required the entire 28' trailer, ABF arranged same day pick up of the bulkheads and ramp at no charge. The entire loading, transport and unloading was as stress free as possible thanks to ABF and we are grateful. Communication with ABF by phone, text and email from loading through unloading was always quick, easy and friendly. Thorough, detailed and clear instructions and information were provided by ABF. ABF delivered exactly the services they'd agreed to at exactly the quoted price and time. ABF has been a pleasure to deal with and saved us time, energy, stress and money. I highly recommend ABF and would use them again with no hesitation. read more

Summary first: We used this company for a long distance move (Colorado to Arizona) and would use them again in a heart beat. We have already been recommending them to our friends. From the very first phone call to ask about their services, we received nothing but professional, courteous, and very helpful information. There was never any pressure, and everyone was very communicative about our "next step". Using U-Pack relieved a great deal of stress over trying to do all the driving ourselves. They assisted with finding a crew to unload at our new home (we were able to load, but only 1 of us could be at the new house to unload). The crew they recommended at Moving Staffers were just as helpful and professional. When we did the math for our move, this did cost a little bit more than some other self-moving options we had looked at, but it was worth every penny. Hopefully we do not have any more long-distance moves in the near future! But if life takes us that way, we would use U-Pack again. *NOTE - Some trucks have the feet marked inside in even numbers, some in odd numbers. Our estimate was based on odd numbers, but the truck was in even numbers. A quick call to the service center corrected our billing, but it is worth mentioning as soon as possible. read more

Moved from Aurora Colorado to Washington DC and I cannot give enough praise to U-Pack moving. The customer service reps I talked to on the phone, and called with several frantic and possibly unnecessary questions, were all very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I didn't know how many pods I would need, so they sent two. I ended up only using one, so they only charged me for one. I thought that was great. The drop-off and pick-up of the moving pod in both cities was also great. The drivers were on time, friendly and very careful with the pod. I packed it myself and was so pleased that when I unpacked (again by myself) that nothing was broken or damaged. I think that may be key. Some other reviewers have said their belongings were damaged, but if you ensure your belongings are well secured, it certainly appeared to me that the forklift operators and tractor trailer drivers were careful with it because nothing inside the pod shifted from the time it left CO to the time it arrived in DC. I used ropes, tie-downs and a lot of padding around my belongings. Throughout the entire experience, U-Pack kept me informed and updated via text messages, which was wonderful. I will 100% use them again and would highly recommend them to friends. read more

In June 2025, I moved my household belongings with UPack, from Denver, Colorado to Ottawa, Canada. Regarding value: the Upack price for this long move was excellent. I compared with every other option and this was the most economical. Regarding service: An international move can be challenging to plan and organize, and Upack guided my through the process every step of the way. They were easy to reach (I did not wait on hold once!), knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. It was seamless. The staff at the Denver office helped at that end, and the staff in Ottawa and Montreal in Canada, guided me through the customs process. Quality: The system to pack my goods in the trailer was straightforward. When packing the trailer, as the Upack staff recommended, it's important to use moving straps (which I ordered from Amazon) to keep all your boxes and furniture in place so they don't shift during the trip. I also covered everything with tarpaulins, using bungee cords to attach, to reduce the amount of dust etc during the trip. I highly recommend UPack. Their service, quality, and value are outstanding. read more

I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I am in U-pack and the company that they hired on our behalf moving staffers. They caused damage to over 60% of our property, and what I am estimating at 20K+ in damage. The service of U-pack was horrible from the start, when working with us, they gave us a quote and were completely off in the amount of space we needed in a truck, we ended up needing twice as much space as they apparently don't know how to estimate properly. Then we had several scheduling issues. They gave us estimated delivery windows which were also incorrect. But most notably was referring us to Moving Staffers who sub contracts work out to other companies who don't seem to have a good rating who have no regard to clients personal property and loaded things in the truck so bad that we had so much damage to our property. These guys were horrible, and for the cost we should have used a company that does it all for you. Would you recommend this mover to a friend? No read more

Inter-State Moving Made Easy! Shout-out to Orange, CA and Denver, CO terminals. These guys made our inter-state move extremely easy and worry-free. Nothing arrived broken and the service was super accommodating. I mentioned I wouldn't be at my drop-off location until the afternoon and Denver put me last on the drop-off list so I'd be there. They also said they would try to squeeze me in so my relo-cube would be picked up on Sunday and not Monday (my complex only would let it be there until Sunday), but no promises. Lo and behold Sunday morning a truck shows up so pick it up like I had wanted! The driver was also very nice and asked me about how the move was. TLDR; these guys are great and I recommend them above anyone else for long-distance moves! read more

Used this company to move from Denver to Wisconsin, Great experience. Michael at the Madison WI location really came through! I felt bad as we had a storm come in and my new landlord was not happy that the cube was in the drive where the snowplows come through. Created a pretty stressful situation. I felt bad calling Michael a few times as I was being hounded. He handled it like a gentleman and with a limited crew It was gone by the morning. Thank you also to the crew member that came and got it! truly deescalated that whole situtaion and came through. I called yesterday to thank him personally. Which I will still attempt to do! You don't see customer service like that anymore! Very thankful indeed! read more

My experience using U-pack was outstanding. After doing a lot of research on which company to use I decided to go with them because of the flexibility of using as much or as little space as I needed on the truck - I only used 8 linear feet but I could have adjusted as needed - that was great. The best part of my experience was how easy it was - Truck was dropped off on time, picked up on time and delivered cross country exactly on time - WOW! Everything arrived as promised and in great shape. Both drivers on both end of the move were super helpful. This was the easiest move I have ever had and it was cross country. Highly recommend. read more

I had a long distance move. The home I was moving from did not have enough space for parking the trailer. ABF/UPack worked with me so that I was able to move my things from my home to the truck on their lot. The truck arrived in great time. We scheduled the drop off at my new home. All of my things were on the truck as I placed it. There was a small amount of shifting as we expected but nothing was damaged. We spent two days to getting everything off of the truck. We cleaned the truck and scheduled the pick up. Less than 24 hours, the company picked the trailer up. We had a seamless moving experience and I would use them again. read more

Just got off the phone with one of the reps. My trailer was picked up on June 1 in Denver. It is now June 15 and I still do not have my trailer. It has been sitting in Nashville for a week, which is only 5 hours from my new place in Bristol area. I have friends that are also getting upset because I keep having to change the day when the come help. IF they can now! I am also losing money for work. I am a remodeling contractor and most of my tools are on the trailer. I had to call all of the time to find out the update status on my trailer. Every time I would get an excuse and different delivery day. Not happy one bit!!!!! read more

I was planning on moving a Uhaul for my move from Ca to Co. After finding a blog about a similar move I came across U-Pack and called for a quote which was about a third of the cost. I've been so impressed with the communication and the actual process was seamless. My container showed up 2 days earlier than anticipated which was a wonderful and much needed surprise. Some reviews post negative comments about shipping time - I'd recommend reading the contract to avoid any confusion. It's pretty clear and I was actually quoted a longer shipping time than it actually took. I would HIGHLY recommend using U-Pack! read more

(posting this on both the Denver and Chicago locations, since both ends were awesome) Perfect experience. The Relocube was easy to handle, the fellow who brought it over was accommodating, efficient and friendly, our goods were shipped safely from Denver to Chicago, and pickup at that point was equally seamless. Thankful like crazy that we went with U-Pack and ABF. Thanks, folks. :) Pro-tip: Pack your stuff in large, stackable rubber bins. Heavy stuff on the bottom, light stuff on top, each bin filled to keep it structurally sound. Suuuuper easy to load and unload, given the structure of the Relocubes. read more

Great way to move yourself. We moved from Colorado to California. 5 Bedroom 5 bath house with 3 car garage lots of stuff. We packed up all of our stuff and set a time to have the trailer delivered in front of the house. We had college kids come help pack up the trailer. Upack has all kinds of help videos from packing to loading the trailer the correct way. You only gets charged for the space you use in the trailer. They came pick up the trailer and 5 days later our stuff was delivered to our new house. Great customer service and drivers on both ends. read more

U-Pack was great! Our move from CO to CA went perfectly and U-Pack was great to work with. Trailer drop-off and pick up at both source and destination locations was flawless and went exactly as scheduled. U-Pack was also a really good cost value compared with other POD companies for our 3-bedroom house move. They even picked up our empty trailer after we unloaded it even sooner than than expected just by us calling and asking them to a day early. I highly recommend U-Pack and would use them again without hesitation. read more

I have used many of the name brand movers and never had the great experience I had with U-Pack Moving. I have moved many times (15) and this was the easiest move I have ever done. Eveyone from the toll free number, truck delivery, loaders in CO, unloaders in NM and truck pick up were all very professinal and easy to work with. Eveyone was on time and the schedules were on the money. THANK YOU to all of you! If I ever move again I hope U-Pack Moving is still around because I would certainly use them again. read more

I have used U-Pack twice and both times were excellent. The delivery folks can park the pod on a dime, even on a crowded city street. The pods are super sturdy and weather/pest tight, so you don't have to worry about your stuff, even if storing for months after driving xc (as I did this time). Best price I found, and you get the quote up front, no hidden fees or anything. Customer service is great, both over email and on the phone. Basically, you know what you're getting, and what you're getting is good. read more

We recently used U-Pack when we moved from Denver to Atlanta. We were very pleased with all aspects of the move. The reservations staff, dispatchers and drivers were all very friendly and helpful as we planned and executed our move. The tractor trailer was relatively new. All deadlines were met on time. The price of U-Pack compared very favorably with other "move it totally yourself" companies. They were also very flexible when we needed to change our move date. I highly recommend the company! read more

We needed to move things from Michigan to Boulder. We didn't have a lot of big furniture but lots of small stuff and boxes. This was a great way to move. They dropped the containers as scheduled. We had them stored a month in Denver and they delivered them on time in Boulder. I hired three guys to help unpack and now I unpack boxes! This was a great way to move cross country and reasonably priced. And we didn't need to sweat winter weather on the Great Plains. I recommend. read more

For the first time as a family we moved from Colorado to Montana. We used U-pack for a shipping trailor for the majority of our moving needs. We put our faith into this company/service and we are 100 percent happy we did. From start to finish everything did happen as explained at the beginning and the whole process was very simple and very professional. We will definitely use their services again in the future if needed. read more
