The moved quickly, without seeming like they were rushing and took terrific care of all our possessions. They made the move a positive and enjoyable experience. Believe it or not, but I have moved six times in the last eight and a half years. My last two moves were done by DTM, and they are scheduled to move my mother on July 9th. One main reason we went with DTM was the fact that Sean, the owner, is actually ON-SITE managing each move. That is a real benefit. They showed up and decided it was too big a job and left without telling me hello goodbye anything... I have to be out of here by Sunday night, and they just walked out for no reason. They said I wasn't organized enough. It was a 2 mile move and all I wanted them to do was take the major furniture pieces. I showed them pictures of exactly what I wanted them to move weeks ago... They really left me in a horrible predicament. I am 70 years old and I live alone and I am handicapped. I explain to them what I wanted them to do they said they would discuss it and when I went out to check, they were going. Not a word... horrible customer service! Their prices are reasonable and you don't have to worry that they will cancel on you at the last minute or not show up. I have had that happen with other movers. They in fact will do everything possible to schedule your move, even on short notice when you are in a crunch, and will be there when they say they will.
