They took a few moments to find out exactly what we needed and quickly accomplished it. My roommate and I were both impressed with how professional, friendly, and efficient they were. AND - they took great care of our stuff!!! So fast forward a few days. We were struggling with getting the rest of our belongings out before the final move-out date. Not that we were slacking - we just have too much stuff. I had some anxiety trying a new place, but after a poor experience at the dealership, I decided to come here and was not disappointed. I had all of my brake pads and rotors changed on my VW Taos, with a way better price than what I was quoted at the dealership as a plus. Transparent pricing and clear timelines are basic expectations. This experience felt misleading and extremely stressful.

It was a busy day, but she handled customers, scheduling, and phone calls with a great attitude. While I was there for about an hour, I noticed how caring and professional the team was. One technician took the time to help an older customer understand what was going on with her car before she left. He also assisted another customer in Spanish when she was having trouble communicating in English, and you could tell he made her feel comfortable and understood. I also had the chance to meet Matt, the owner. Based on my first visit, Wrench Works seems like a great shop with a team that genuinely cares about its customers. Very disappointing experience with this roadside provider…read more After the incident occurred during the service call, the technician immediately tried to blame us instead of handling the situation professionally. After calming down, he acknowledged that he had made a mistake and repeatedly pushed for a private settlement instead of going through proper insurance channels. He then refused to provide the company's insurance information. At the scene, he also pretended to record video evidence, but when the roadside claims department later contacted the provider, they completely denied the facts and refused to cooperate. ***BE CAREFUL*** What has been most frustrating is not just the incident itself, but the complete lack of accountability afterward. Based on our experience, once damage occurs, this company appears far more focused on denying responsibility than resolving the issue fairly and professionally.

Let's start at the beginning, there was a LOT FULL sign at the entrance, not blocking at all & I saw no attendant there bringing cars in from other lot or anything so I wasn't going to trust that, I slowly pulled in & surprisingly found ONE singular spot open right in front! (There's wired & blue plastic ones) I don't believe I followed what they wanted exactly but they still took my materials! So that's good. I had a broken beaker in my glass & mentioned it to the gentleman doing the weighing & he told me they'd take it I'm fine! I watched as he weighed out my minimal amount of materials & then wrote me out a receipt of sorts. I got to the front, the lady on the right took my clipboard & then said the lady on the left will give me my cash. NOW, I had read Yelp reviews on this place before going & a person said a lady fitting this one's description had jipped her $10 ! Off of a $65 total! Insane! So I made sure to check my money before even turning around to leave, I could tell my amount was $11 & I flipped up the 10 & said politely, "this is only $10, I'm supposed to have $11?" She got flustered & apologized while digging out another dollar for me.
