They are well qualified, they give a price and when you pick up the vehicle, that is the cost. With tricky issues they are also great at figuring those out. When I had odd electrical issues, they figured out that there was water incursion and replaced the fuse box for only $400. They follow standard diagnostic procedures and don't play at replacing parts until it works. When my F-350 needed a new engine they gave me options, honored the extended warranty and handled all the details with the insurance company. They make it as painless as possible.

AAA was reluctant to send a truck, fearing that they could get stuck too, but said they would leave it to the discretion of the driver when he arrives. They sent Jamie H., from D.E.A. Automotive, to pull me out. It was kinda like a sitcom episode but his truck got stuck in the snow too and he had to call for backup. Al K., also from D.E.A. Automotive, drove out to the rescue. While we were waiting, Jamie walked out to my vehicle, hand-dug the snow from around my wheels (I have spinal issues), and hand-rocked my SUV while I gunned the wheels. Without Jamie, going above and beyond, I never would have gotten the car out of that snow. Great guy who put in the extra effort ! I can't thank them enough, nor can I recommend them enough ! Dropped off the van to have it fixed, hours later they called me and said I had to bring it back when the part came in. Weeks later the part was in. Dropped the van off and they called to inform me that it was fixed. On my way home, it broke again. Called them up and they said to bring it in again. I dropped it off again. I get a call to pick it up. They inform me that corporate told them that it can't be fixed. So now I have a van that has a broken arm rest, which I use all the time. I plan on trading the van in next year for a new one, but I can tell you that I will NOT be going back there.

Pros: The company was communicative the entire time, and prompt on arrival. The junk removal itself was well done, and the apartment left in decent condition on their exit. Cons: Misleading pricing, VERY far off estimates. When Zach arrived and we did the walkthrough, we went through everything that needed to be done. He gave me the estimate of 2 guys for "2 hours tops". The final tally (for day 1) ended up being 2 guys for 4-5 hours + 2 guys for 3 hours. Day 2 was 3 guys for an additional 2 hours. In follow up communications, he tried to spin it as 'saving me money'. Going from 2 guys ~2 hours to ~3-4 guys for ~6-7 hours is misleading. There was a heavy stove found in the basement that added a complication, but not to the tune of ~2x the labor for 3-4x the time. Additionally, there is a sliding scale on pricing for truck bed space. I've worked with several junk companies before for jobs -- no one else I've worked with has ever had that pricing structure. When you tell someone that a full truck load of junk costs $1150, they would expect it to be $287.50 per quarter. Not some sliding scale 'bulk discount on junk truck space'. This is the sort of thing you would expect from some megacorp with hidden fees and unclear pricing. I will not be doing business with this company again, and cannot recommend anyone else to do the same.

Regional manager never calls you back, even after being a customer for years when you try to get price adjusted. App doesn't work properly for payments resulting in late fees. No lights in units. Climate controlled units are nearly as cold and damp as outside in winter. Pigeons must be in units because some of my furniture had white bird poop spots on it. Just moved to a to facility, warm inside, lights and 1/3 the cost. Stay far away from CubeSmart.
