Installation was done perfectly - 2 young guys came, set up in 30-40 minutes in the best place possible in the yard. Set up the tables and left the chairs on top as we planned to move the tables around. Linens were fine, but instead of red as ordered, they gave us white - but they returned the next day and left the red ones for use. Tent was perfect, and they came a few days after the event and took down the tent and chairs with no problem.

I went on-line to U-Haul's website to order boxes because I know their prices are fair and that they'll buy back any boxes you don't use (and you always need more boxes than you think). The website is helpful, and I decided to just trust them and purchase the "1-2 Bedroom Apartment" package which, with MA taxes, ended up just under $200. I indicated I would pick the package up (it's a lot of boxes and other materials) at 1 PM. When I arrived at 1 PM, they had not seen, and therefore not started, the order, and the attendant's eyes grew wide (literally), and he asked, "you ordered all of this?" Yes, yes, I had. He was polite, efficient, and worked diligently to get all the components to the door. It took more than a few minutes, and the store had a bit of a line but he focused exclusively on my order. When it was ready, another gentleman helped me load the materials into the car, and he was also polite and efficient, and he apologized for the delay. So, the two-star rating is because: 1. When you order on-line and select a pick-up time, the expectation is that the order will be ready at that time, not that it will be started at that time. This was like ordering a pizza for pick-up at 1 PM and having the restaurant start making the pizza at 1 PM. 2. They were polite, efficient, and worked diligently to get it done once they realized what needed to be done.

I closed it and locked it if you need to call me! we go there our unit is shut and locked we open it and our toolbox full of tools and other tools were stolen! we immediately locked up went to office! They said don't put in a claim because it will be denied! we pay insurance on it every month! so the district manager I assume repeatedly said denied, denied, denied and proceeded to say he wasn't checking cameras that there are 10's to 100's of thousand ppl in and out everyday which is so far from true! We call the police they do a police report and even the officer said it didnt make sense and wait for detectives to get back to us! we filed insurance claim they denied because their definition of burglary is only breaking the lock not picking the lock or u locking it maybe with a master key! who knows all we know is we hadn't been in there for months and if they do walk throughs daily they would of seen! so the insurance denied us! uhaul told us that their insurance for units is only for fires which is ridiculouS! they did review the videos and seen the video of the people stealing my stuff but nobody will tell us anything about the person or people who did this! all I know is I'm out thousands of dollars of tools and I couldn't even claim insurance we pay for, for protection!! so I will never recommend you! very unprofessional people and they know they are wrong and won't fix this!

We just moved into a (new to us) home in Burrillville. I have never heated a house with propane…read morebefore so I had a lot of questions and Eastern Propane was the most welcoming on the phone taking a lot of time to answer questions that they probably get all the time. They went above and beyond to deal with a situation at our house that required the tanks to be moved and the insufficient copper runs (installed by the house flippers) to get completely replaced. They handled dealing with the town inspector and even dropped off a temporary tank to make sure we had no disruption to hot water while everything got figured out. I was very happy with how thorough they were to make sure everything was up to code and handled as "pretty" as two large tanks can be :) When I was shopping around I found that the prices at Eastern Propane were considerably cheaper than the previous chosen company the previous owner (flipper) had chosen. Akin to highway robbery if you ask me. I've met the delivery driver a few times and he also is very pleasant and welcoming. I feel like I'm in good hands and happy to be a customer!
