After several hours back-and-forth on their call service center to no avail we are hoping to maybe get a call tomorrow that perhaps they could probably come by and fix the huge mess they have made. Meanwhile, my renter is sitting a 50° apartment. She has multiple health issues and has no alternative. This is disgusting beyond belief! Do not use this company!

The job was done to perfection one week later, for a price that was 20%+ less expensive than two competitors who had bid the job. The attention to detail of the installation was meticulous and the crew left my basement as clean as they had found it (no small accomplishment when replacing an old, filthy oil tank). They went above and beyond to deal with a situation at our house that required the tanks to be moved and the insufficient copper runs (installed by the house flippers) to get completely replaced. They handled dealing with the town inspector and even dropped off a temporary tank to make sure we had no disruption to hot water while everything got figured out. I was very happy with how thorough they were to make sure everything was up to code and handled as "pretty" as two large tanks can be :) When I was shopping around I found that the prices at Eastern Propane were considerably cheaper than the previous chosen company the previous owner (flipper) had chosen. Akin to highway robbery if you ask me. I've met the delivery driver a few times and he also is very pleasant and welcoming. I feel like I'm in good hands and happy to be a customer!

At first this place seems alright. the people are fine, it's clean, it's easy access and all that…read more But they allow people to work on vehicles (motorcycles mostly) all over the place. And then they race their motorcycles around. It's very dangerous and these guys bring so many people with them that they block the roads and other people's storage units. Evidently, you can store boats and landscaping equipment and cars at this location, which is cool but it makes the place look a bit like an impound or a junkyard. This is a very busy place with people coming and going through the gates so often, it hardly even seems secure at all. Why do so many people like to hang out at Uhaul? it's a pain trying to access your stuff with people standing in the way. I was looking for a secure, private place to store my stuff, but this place is not it! If you rent here...be warned...and watch out for motorcycles. Good-bye Uhaul!
