This place is one of the best car storage facilities I have used to store my Bentley for the…read morewinter. This is my first year using this company. Very clean, high-end, and very friendly owners. They had the perfect package for my needs. I like my car started weekly, on a battery tender, and I have a camera access that I can monitor my car anytime I want. What more could I ask for? Oh wait, they detailed the car as part of my package and keep an eye on the tire pressures as well. I requested to reserved my spot from their website and I got an email response within an hour. I'm actually still waiting for a call back from a couple other "high-end" car storage companies that I will never use. I highly recommend using the Car Storage Vault. I will be returning next winter based on my experience so far this winter.

To give context, I had a recent cross-country moving experience with an entirely different moving company that left me pretty traumatized from their level of deceit. This was NOT the case with Gentle Giant. They gave me accurate quotes. I was also able to readjust my list of items to be moved, and was reminded it was based on hours. The movers wrapped, prepped, and loaded my furniture swiftly and carefully, and went above and beyond at my new rental when I needed unexpected extra assistance. I was led to believe that my furniture would be in its own little storage compartment and not get disturbed. The furniture that I kept was all mid century collectible furniture in excellent condition. I ended up moving back into my house two years later. Almost every single piece of furniture was damaged or banged up in some way. On one of the larger pieces was a sign indicating it was in a storage room for oversize pieces. For sure my furniture was not in its own little compartment, and it obliviously was carelessly moved around many times. They sent someone to "repair" the damage which basically entailed covering it up with a magic marker. A really disappointing experience. Would not trust them again with anything valuable to me.

TL;DR-he didn't schedule enough people for our move, the movers were booked for another appointment before coming to our house and were about five hours late. Edwin responded immediately (on a Sunday morning no less) with a quote and worked with us on a pick up/drop off arrangements. I was impressed by how carefully and professionally this large dining room set (table/chairs/hutch/buffet) was handled. All glass pieces carefully wrapped and legs removed/hutch disassembled appropriately to avoid any scratches/dings while moving. I was not there when Edwin and his crew delivered the set but my boyfriend raved about how friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking these guys were. We will definitely use again for any moving needs and highly recommend.
