Had a problem where they suspected damage years ago and they had to check the storage unit…read more.. Didn't get much info but apparently it was ok? We came in and everything was fine but we should have been notified immediately. This year the price has gone up closer to almost another extra 25-30 dollars if I recall and that's a pretty big hike considering it was like 50. Also considering the fact we were *NOT* notified despite them assuring us they sent word out (only after the fact when called) so I'm not sure if that was sheer laziness by not checking all the boxes or if they were just trying to pull the wool over our eyes. We literally only found out upon paying it after the new year. No mail, texts, or anything. We're thinking about cleaning it out and bringing things home because moving everything somewhere else or finding someone to do that would be too much of a hassle as I'm very disabled and can barely get out of the house. Can't fault them for this but not a very good situation to be in and I still hold a lot of grief regarding my father and another relative's deaths which is what forced us to get a storage unit in the first place because of my father's sister locking us out when I was still basically a kid. She took the house and lives literally right down the street from where we ended up having to put our stuff. I feel bad for the staff because just judging by the way they worded things and their tone of voice when asked about the increase ('it's the owner') he sounds like a piece of work

The good: The facility is clean, well-maintained, secure, and reasonably priced…read more I had to call the maintenance staff twice to open the freight elevator when it was stuck. In both cases they came promptly and were friendly. The bad: The storage lockers are open only from 7AM to 7PM, seven days a week. Maintenance staff is available only from 7AM to 3:30 PM, Monday thru Friday. Passengers are not allowed in the freight elevator. The elevator has both an inside door and an outside door, both on ground level and on the second floor. If all four doors are not closed and latched, the elevator gets stuck and you have to call maintenance. You have to climb a flight of 17 stairs to get to the second floor because you can't ride in the elevator.

The elevator broke while we were emptying our storage unit, and not only did she accuse us of breaking it after we followed directions, but she held our stuff hostage for over 6 hours, and threatened to tow our Uhaul when we left it there overnight in an empty parking lot. She then asked us to inconvenience multiple people to satisfy rules that she made regarding switching our business account from a person who'd left our company to us - even after we'd been corresponding with her for weeks about transferring the account name over. She literally said, regarding a former coworker who was on vacation in Japan with young children, "I don't care that she's asleep. Wake her up!" I have never met a worse business manager than this person, or a person more terrible at customer service. Save yourself the hassle in advance. Go elsewhere with your business!

The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice. I went inside to let the staff know I was there and paid for my refill. Within minutes a female staff member was at the propane tank quickly filling up my tank. I would say overall it took about ten minutes - I would come here for propane again. Price was slightly cheaper than my usual place.

Had a tow package installed in my car. It didn't work. There were no brake lights. Didn't use it…read moreagain for a few months but needed to so I called them to have them fix it. They said I could come in the next week. I went in when I was told I could. The surly man behind the counter said they wouldn't look at it because I "didn't have an appointment" (which I had been told I didn't need when I called a week later). He said all he could do is order a new part. I asked if they could just look at it to see if it even needed that part because it could just have been hooked up wrong. He wouldn't even look at it. He then gave me a hard time because I hadn't brought it back sooner. It was only installed 10 months ago and used once. I had not had time to bring it back sooner as it wasn't needed. Regardless, it was still within the warranty period. My last car I had the tow package installed by cap city in Warwick. They did it right the first time, were courteous and professional. If you need a tow hitch installed, I suggest you go there instead.
