We're in the process of designing a new house and one of the (many) options we had to choose was…read moregranite for the kitchen and bathrooms. Our builder had us go to Boston Granite Exchange and we had a pleasant experience. The granite is organized by price but they do it via colored circles, so a piece of granite with a red sticker is their cheapest granite while their gold and silver stickers are the most expensive (I don't think there was a color above these). The granite with the pricey stickers were indeed the most beautiful as they really sparkled under lighting, but we found two slabs in the red/blue categories (the cheapest) that we were happy with. Note that the salesman said that all of their granite is the same high quality - the more expensive granite is just less common (or more sparkly) so that made us feel better. The only strange thing is that they won't give you prices on the granite because I guess that's negotiated between the contractor and this shop. Odd, but I think we stayed close to our allowance and we can't wait to see these slabs turned into countertops for our kitchen and bathrooms!

We didn't expect to get much out of the trip but luckily, we were so wrong. Boston Granite Exchange has a great color coding system where the stickers they put on the slabs already estimates the price range from low, medium to high. The slabs themselves are organized in very neat rows and viewing it by price range and design is a cinch. Needless to say, we "tagged" her piece within the first half hour we arrived. I have an online business and I literally mail…read morethings out every day so I come here every day and I need to update my review to say that literally all the women and female employees that work here are AMAZING- they always go above and beyond!! I could probably be considered an "annoying client" because I often try to pick stuff up when I know it is there- but they always have no issue and happily do it! I also like to come in close to closing time (which isn't really that big of a deal bc all my labels are prepaid) but when I see the door locked and closed at 11:58 on Saturday's and on 4:58 during the week I get really upset because they shouldn't be closing early no matter what! But come to find out it's a gentleman who always closes 2 minutes early! It's a man that is constantly closing 2 minutes early- so kudos to the women who work here but the man who constantly closes early that's not right and it almost caused me to avoid this PO completely. If it weren't for the women who have helped me the last few times I've been in- I may not have returned! So thanks ladies for being consistent and amazing ! And the guy who closes early- PLEASE DO NOT!!!!

The website quoted $385 and the bill ended up over $3000. On Friday, they had to be called to send over the contract. They said they would drop off the equipment on Friday night only they had to be called the next morning to drop off the equipment and finally it arrived 2 hours late according to their contract. I had an issue when the track came off the equipment and they refused to address the issue after 5.7 hours of use so, I missed out on over half of the time that I had rented the equipment for. Only to have them charge me $500 to fix the equipment (Which took them less than an hour on Monday) and billed me for a full replacement of the track $1200. I offered to help them during the repair with no response, they billed me on Monday without any notice of the amount. When I called them to talk about it, the owner was short with me and ignorant. When I said ok, I will take the old track because it had minimal wear on the track I would try and recover some of the cost, I was met with a subtle laugh and the conversation was over. Seems like they wanted to ride out the current status of the rental and bank my money for the future. Renting from this business was a nightmare and I would never recommend them to anyone looking to rent equipment. Poor customer service, doesn't even describe this experience.

We worked with two nice gentlemen during our visit. Though they didn't know the exact specifics of the firearm we were looking at, they sure did try their best to find us an answer! And for that, we were appreciative. They had a decent selection of firearms, from pistols to shotguns and more. If you're paying with cash, it's a 3% discount. So not much of a difference paying cash/card. Overall, would come back again ;)

Just as a consumer I would figure the shop would know more about the model they are selling. It's all good though, they had what I was looking for even though a CA model isn't preferred the difference is not that big of a deal. Everyone was nice today, have no complaints, checked out some merchandise and took a look at some long rifles, shotguns and pistols. Once ready, fill out the kiosk to start your paperwork and they'll finish it out back on their end and print out your paperwork, have you sign and all that. Keep that for your records. All in all some great deals to be had, I subscribe to their email and see if anything catches my eye from time to time. Had plenty reloading gear, accessories, ammo selection was pretty good and price seems fair for the times!
