The storage units were great, clean, and the system to access them was very user-friendly while also being secure. I had to rent a truck from out of town to come up and help move my mom. We wanted a 14 or 17 foot truck but they didn't have any avail for a one way so they gave us a 20 foot truck at no additional charge. Customer service was impeccable at this location. 1000 times better than most places I've rented trucks from. I live in Michigan and my daughter is a student at Salve Regina University in Newport. So we store her dorm furniture and clothes over the summer so we don't have to haul everything back-and-forth. After an over 800 mile drive this week we realized we had forgotten the key for the storage unit!! It was Sunday of Labor Day weekend and their office was not open until Tuesday. I left a message on their Facebook page and the owner called me back within the half hour And agreed to meet me at the unit to get the office key. I tried to give her $100 for her troubles she refused to accept it. This business has won a customer for life. read more

The customer service here is impeccable!!! I started with them a year ago, when I got VERY short-fused orders overseas, and needed to stow some household goods ASAP. Jamie was my girl then, and -- even though they had zero space at the time! -- worked it out where I could get a room right in the nick of time. Super, super friendly and helpful. Fast forward a year later, when I AGAIN (!) have to pick up my stuff and jet without notice. With so much going on -- and moving out after hours -- I forgot to leave notice that I'd vacated the unit. Not only did Katrin notice in no time (meaning they do regular walk-throughs of the space), but she also refunded the automatic allotment that had taken place. All without hesitation, or an eye to squeeze me on the way out. (Which, unfortunately, I've had happen at other storage places over the years.) TREMENDOUS customer service here. Add on top of that some clean and modern facilities, and extremely reasonable prices, and I PROMISE you won't find a better place to stow your stuff. read more

Not only are the facilities at this storage location immaculate, but the incredibly hospitable staff truly makes storing your items a pleasure (I know, that's weird). Freshly painted, constantly being cleaned, and a lobby full complimentary water, candy, and coffee makes you WANT to visit your storage location more often. On top of it all, the rates are competitive and they are the only local storage service which offers the perfect 5x5x4 unit for your "little bit too much" needs.
