One woman specifically attempted to bully me for having someone come pick up one of my items because the guy 'wasted her time' while she was 'busy' and the place was empty! She should not be working in customer service if she cannot demonstrate respect or kindness. I would advise people to search elsewhere for a storage unit with staff that is not disrespectful to their clients.

They informed me that they do not offer refunds. I have never heard of that. So basically, they can re-sell my unit and make double the money. Sounds like a good ethical business...not.

The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice. Got charge for a storage I never knew about, and the manager and workers knew it but instead of…read morestopping the transaction told me I needed to find out who did it and get it from them..I called the police and uhaul center as I'm doing that manager walks out and said we can print a paper out for you to sign to get a refund in 3-5 day.but our power is off right now I'll call you tomorrow to come by..the whole time uhaul is on the phone and hears this and tell me to call back if I need to..we 3 days went by no call so I call them, she answer and said I'll call you back, which she did saying they decided to refund me that day she all the info she needed,,5 hours went by no refund I call I was told she left and would be back, I called uhaul center back the called her and got told the same thing which they went ahead and open a case for me..I called Newport back to see if she was back, all of sudden she was and told me now that I did that she paid through them, and said I should have waited for her to get back from the bank,,‍..pay me cash for something you took off my card..she wouldn't even open the storage for me or cop..if you charge me for it why couldn't I open it? Why couldn't she open to see if it was used? Why was the power off in a uhaul storage? 7 days still no refund from a place I didn't even know was here.. P.s. she just got fired from another storage facility before you hired, guess for what...?
