We were dropping off items for our daughter but she had given us the wrong key. Here we were thinking we would need to haul the items back to our truck and return another day. Lucky for us, the facility manager, Keith came to our aid and removed the lock so we didn't have to come back. The manager was friendly, professional and very fast in removing the lock. It's nice to deal with someone that knows their job and makes your experience a good one. If you're looking for a storage facility, this is your place. Also, the building and grounds are spotless!

One woman specifically attempted to bully me for having someone come pick up one of my items because the guy 'wasted her time' while she was 'busy' and the place was empty! She should not be working in customer service if she cannot demonstrate respect or kindness. I would advise people to search elsewhere for a storage unit with staff that is not disrespectful to their clients.

The storage units are very clean and the staff was helpful. The big downside: when I checked out, having used the unit for 1 week of a new month, I asked about a refund for the unused time. They informed me that they do not offer refunds. I have never heard of that. So basically, they can re-sell my unit and make double the money. Sounds like a good ethical business...not.

They were so nice! I came in to ask about a small spot of rust on my car door. A gentleman came…read moreout, looked at it, then came back and just sanded, applied something, painted it and fixed the spot right there! And didn't even charge! Then he answered my questions about other small dings and paint chips on my car, and recommended what to do with them. My usual car place said they didn't deal with rust spots, and referred me to Hal's for that. I guess Hal's Center does a lot of major repairs - there were cars lined up with bumpers missing or torn up in the parking lot, presumably waiting. It seemed pretty busy (must be popular?), but the folks still helped me with my spot of rust, and now I have peace of mind and more info on upkeeping my car!

Take it from someone who knows ... this facility is awful. So run as fast as you can from this facility. They will bait you and offer you a low price into storing your materials there; and soon after you're in they will raise the prices on you frequently. From the time we first used this facility to the time we left the pricing went up 3x. So, I would not recommend this facility ever; and from what I have heard on my research this is a similar dishonest and unreputable pattern for CubeSmart. I used this company for my business disaster (Per a business acquaintance). I tried a another…read morecompany and they did not return our call until 30 hours later!! We had limited hours to get items, equipment, furniture out of harms way. The response time was within minutes. Not sure if was just our "lucky" day (LOL) however, Once on site, they were friendly, efficient and professional! Everything was loaded into storage with care and diligence. We felt a great sense of relief that we did not have to be bothered with trying to wrap, carry & be bothered with tedious labor.
