We were dropping off items for our daughter but she had given us the wrong key. Here we were thinking we would need to haul the items back to our truck and return another day. Lucky for us, the facility manager, Keith came to our aid and removed the lock so we didn't have to come back. The manager was friendly, professional and very fast in removing the lock. It's nice to deal with someone that knows their job and makes your experience a good one. If you're looking for a storage facility, this is your place. Also, the building and grounds are spotless!

We had limited hours to get items, equipment, furniture out of harms way. The response time was within minutes. Not sure if was just our "lucky" day (LOL) however, Once on site, they were friendly, efficient and professional! Everything was loaded into storage with care and diligence. We felt a great sense of relief that we did not have to be bothered with trying to wrap, carry & be bothered with tedious labor. They were awesome they came to my house right away and they spent a few hours getting cover off ( they ended up cutting it off). They did not charge me a dime and i tried to tip the two guys who came and did it they would not take the money. If I ever need excavation or yard work done they will be 1st ones I call. Is it hella convenient having your stuff securely stored right in your driveway to conveniently access? Absolutely!! Let's be clear. PODS is based on convenience and there's a price to pay for that. I booked my storage unit over the phone and that worked best for me. The website is great to manage billing and eventually arrange pickup but I felt more confident speaking to a person to get things rolling. Was there a long wait to speak to someone?? Yes indeedy. But I'm finding that long waits are the norm these days with the current pandemic staffing issues just about everywhere. The person who assisted me over the phone was pleasant and helpful. I clearly understood what was included along with fees. The delivery was exactly as promised and the gentleman who delivered was an absolute peach. It's quite an operation getting that storage unit placed but he navigated it like a pro! (P.s. - my kids were entertained for a good half hour watching the production) I will say the monthly rental price motivated me to get that unit squared away and emptied. Then took another week to deliver it. They had the pod half the time I paid for. They dropped it off with 2 days left in the month. Promptly charge me an additional month "rental" on the 1st. I unloaded it by the 2nd...funny though when they were told it was empty they could pick it up early in under 3 days. Go another way. This isn't it. Terrible service.

After the paperwork was set they moved my Mom in so fast she didn't even have time to start worrying about something. They accept that amount, then tell you your items were way over and leave half your stuff behind and it's going to cost you twice the amount. I used them a year ago, and still am angry about this practice. Call BBB and complain if you have the same issue. In this lawless era, it's time the consumer was protected again, even if it's only in getting the word out.

When I called the automated system ran me for an endless loop until I finally managed to find the magic combination of key presses and vocal cues to get a hold of a generic robotic call center person that just repeated that the tried to deliver but "I wasn't't home". I asked for a text message when the are here so I can row to meet them. The call center robot person said ok. Nothing changed the next day. They won't let me go to fedex and get the package.
