My parents hired them to move things from their house to mine. He said things like" get away from us and let me do my," most likely because they didn't want me seeing them drop a large antique china closet 3x. I was in my house I can be whenever and say what I want. They are getting paid and even my neighbors heard him. He told my mom. My parents had another move already scheduled with them different gentlemen showed up this time thank goodness but before they even started moving they asked for their tip! I've tried to contact the office several times especially about the first gentleman's behavior cuz it was almost abusive and nobody answers and you cannot get a hold of anyone. I'm guessing cuz they don't want these type of phone calls. The three men today said that the company tells them to ask for the tip In the beginning and my parents did buy them lunch as well and I was going to let it go but this is the second horrible experience in the first one the man was actually verbally abusive to a degree where I had to actually stick up for myself and yell. If they did a good job it might be worth it but I'm not sure that any of them actually are experienced in this I've had several moves myself and have never witnessed people dropping furniture like this or asking for a tip or being rude. I know I can't act like that at my job that's for sure!

After the paperwork was set they moved my Mom in so fast she didn't even have time to start worrying about something. The final total was a bit higher than we estimated together over the phone, but it was fair and accurate, and everything arrived safely. Would recommend!

Bait and switch, all too common in this field. These people are no better, and maybe even worse…read more They want you to let them know how much you have to move which if they looked, they would know? They accept that amount, then tell you your items were way over and leave half your stuff behind and it's going to cost you twice the amount. I used them a year ago, and still am angry about this practice. Call BBB and complain if you have the same issue. In this lawless era, it's time the consumer was protected again, even if it's only in getting the word out.

I was led to believe that my furniture would be in its own little storage compartment and not get disturbed. The furniture that I kept was all mid century collectible furniture in excellent condition. I ended up moving back into my house two years later. Almost every single piece of furniture was damaged or banged up in some way. On one of the larger pieces was a sign indicating it was in a storage room for oversize pieces. For sure my furniture was not in its own little compartment, and it obliviously was carelessly moved around many times. They sent someone to "repair" the damage which basically entailed covering it up with a magic marker. A really disappointing experience. Would not trust them again with anything valuable to me.

Manny and Dwayne were a fantastic team on moving day - experienced, professional, efficient, and so kind. They treated our belongings with care, wrapped the upholstered furniture, and carefully moved everything out of our condo and into a new apartment without a single ding or mark to either our furniture or the walls, which is a first in my experience with many moves over the years.
