I had to go buy 2 - 100 feet hoses. They also didn't come w a tall ladder to reach my 10 sky lights. During the day their Power washer broke which meant they had to go buy a new one. delay. I'm not sure that you are suppose to use a power washer on windows and I had to specifically ask that the squidgy the outside windows. Some were done this way, many others not done w a squidgy. Jeff had told me 3 people were there to clean the windows. At any time I only saw the helper guy who had never washed windows before cleaning the windows. This guy lied to me multiple times saying he had washed all the exterior windows and then in less than 30 minutes cleaned ally inside windows. I have over 60 windows, 8 sliders and 10 sky lights. He spent more time on break. By the end of the first day I was extremely unhappy. I spoke to Jeff and showed him how bad the windows still were, most windows not even touched. Jeff assured me he would correct the situation the next day and would hire a woman to help. Jeff showed up the next morning at 8am by himself. I had told him all windows needed to be cleaned by noon time Jeff was still cleaning windows at 10pm that day outside. Some windows being cleaned over and over again w a few others not being finished on the outside. Inside I had to follow both guys around w paper towels as they were leaving water on my wood floors, Jeff wanted to use his power washer inside on my sliding glass door tracks. I told him absolutely not and a paper towel works great. I cleaned all the tracks. I also had to take all my screens down for them to be washed and the. personally put them all back to save time. I had to finally tell him to go home so that our guests could go to bed. This company will never work for me again. It was a "S... Show" and the first time I hired a person off of Yelp. Never Again. I did pay him the requested $1250 but this should have been discounted for all the aggravations I put up with and non-professionalism.

I went on-line to U-Haul's website to order boxes because I know their prices are fair and that they'll buy back any boxes you don't use (and you always need more boxes than you think). The website is helpful, and I decided to just trust them and purchase the "1-2 Bedroom Apartment" package which, with MA taxes, ended up just under $200. I indicated I would pick the package up (it's a lot of boxes and other materials) at 1 PM. When I arrived at 1 PM, they had not seen, and therefore not started, the order, and the attendant's eyes grew wide (literally), and he asked, "you ordered all of this?" Yes, yes, I had. He was polite, efficient, and worked diligently to get all the components to the door. It took more than a few minutes, and the store had a bit of a line but he focused exclusively on my order. When it was ready, another gentleman helped me load the materials into the car, and he was also polite and efficient, and he apologized for the delay. So, the two-star rating is because: 1. When you order on-line and select a pick-up time, the expectation is that the order will be ready at that time, not that it will be started at that time. This was like ordering a pizza for pick-up at 1 PM and having the restaurant start making the pizza at 1 PM. 2. They were polite, efficient, and worked diligently to get it done once they realized what needed to be done.

Customer service and business should not be affected by the lack of policy around there. Not even worth dealing with this place anymore because everyone is so rude and miserable.
