Someone picked up the phone, no hello, please hold, or I'll be with you in a minute. They answered the phone and then proceeded to carry on a conversation with someone else for a couple of minutes. At that point, I just hung up and rented a space at Cube Smart for $40 less a month. What started out as a positive experience went downhill. Again, DOUBLING, the rental fee was unethical. There should be a limit on how much the rent can be raised within a certain period of time.
