They shipped 1 of 3 U-Boxes late and to date have still not shipped the other 2. I have called multiple times to try to ensure things were on track because the app showed the boxes weren't moving. Each time I was told everything was on track. But on Thursday they finally admitted to having screwed up. They are horrible to work with. I would strongly urge no one to use U-Haul U-Boxes for shipping. They apparently use third parties to ship and they blew my order completely. Not currently sure if I will ever get my belongings. Or if they will honor the latest late delivery. Don't trust them. Go elsewhere!!

The load out was equally smooth and I was especially impressed by how they managed to get a particularly heavy and awkward item up a long flight of stairs. Apparently the team normally consists of three men, but on this particular day, one of the three was feeling under the weather and couldn't make it to work. However, this in no way impeded the other two from finishing the job efficiently and in the expected amount of time. Not only would I recommend Mazheika moving, but I suspect I'll be using them again in the future.

Finding myself in a conundrum when all my possessions were being delivered from Florida a few days…read morebefore Christmas Eve 2013 I had to scramble to find a place for the trucking company to deliver. I cannot say enough great things about Mattapoisett Self Storage. I called on a Saturday and they leave a number on their answering service to call if it's an emergency, this was, I did, promptly Cindy answered and met me the next day at the storage units, Sunday, did the paper work. The units are new, climate controlled, spotless, you can come and go as you please. So yesterday my remote wouldn't work when I went to the unit. The power had gone off. I called Cindy, once again using the emergency number, she was out on errands, stopped doing her errands, and immediately showed up, called the electric company, let me in by working the doors as only she knew how, and by the time I left my unit the power was on. Fantastic customer service! Highly recommend and a perk? It's in the boatyard so maybe you'll see a boat with your name on it!

Just head for the side door labeled "Customer Entrance" and you'll find your way in! It's a little confusing, but someone will be out to help you. Not a huge selection of boxes and I think I scored the very last box of wrapping paper, but no worries - they called over to a U-Haul in Wareham and confirmed everything I needed. I took the insurance (it was the really rainy/tornado-warning day in July and I wanted to be covered for anything & everything) got some basic instructions on operating the truck, and they estimated an approximate total for the rental which was dependent on the final, actual mileage. When I was done, I just dropped the keys off and drove away, no problem leaving my car in the lot while I had the truck. A few days later I received an email with the final receipt (lower than the estimate, woo hoo!) and realized the most difficult thing about the whole move was trying to roll down the driver-side window - it's a manual handle in a slightly awkward position, so I was happy with the whole deal. In fact, I'm going to rent again to move some boxes into storage this summer - this was easy and cost less than I expected!!
