A selling point for this business is that you can get an annual "detail" every year for free (it's really a glorified car wash). I had the initial body work done at their Pembroke, MA location (though I now live in Plymouth, MA) and presumed that I could have the detailing done at any of their locations....silly me. I went to their Plymouth, MA location a few months ago to make an appointment for detailing and, while they didn't initially want to do the detailing here (they wanted me to go back to Pembroke), they eventually relented and made an appointment for me to have it done here in Plymouth this morning. I showed up on time, after spending 20 minutes emptying out my car. They immediately tried to upsell me on the detailing ("it's just another $99"). I then explained to them that I live locally, but I don't have other transportation and would need a ride, to and from my house. They said that they don't do that. If the free detailing is an incentive for you to consider King Collision, go to Sullivan Brothers Collision, in Kingston, or somewhere else instead. King Collision makes your "free" detailing VERY difficult to obtain....oh, and Sullivan Brother Collision provides courtesy rides (or loaners) for collision work AND detailing !

I have to say they are everything you would want from mechanics. My wife and I run older vehicles, so we occasionally need repairs. They are well qualified, they give a price and when you pick up the vehicle, that is the cost. With tricky issues they are also great at figuring those out. When I had odd electrical issues, they figured out that there was water incursion and replaced the fuse box for only $400. They follow standard diagnostic procedures and don't play at replacing parts until it works. When my F-350 needed a new engine they gave me options, honored the extended warranty and handled all the details with the insurance company. They make it as painless as possible.
