Wasted everyone's time because he would not give me a quote. There is also a bullying aspect to the "No quote until we see it... we came all the way here so you are obligated to hire us" 2 stars for punctuality & multiple appointment confirmation calls.

I called the big names ("just point" and "your trash is our cash") and was surprised at the quotes I received ($400 - $500). Within the same week, while driving through Fairhaven, I spotted a small advertisement placard on the side of Rte 6 for Fairhaven Junk Removal. I noted the # (774-930-3989) and called them when I got home. They were quick in their response and asked me to forward photos of what needed to be removed. After rcvg the photos, they agreed this was all doable and quoted me an estimated cost of $200.00 so I scheduled an appointment for the following week. They were very good with their communications, were on-time, professional and courteous. They removed everything in a timely manner and even did some cleaning up after removing the items. I am very pleased with their service and I will use them again when the need arises.
