We have spoken to other customers while onsite and they too have mentioned being broken into. They only have cameras on the exits, not on the rows. I get camera systems can be expensive but when you have had numerous people complain and state they have been broken into, you would think they would invest a bit to help with security. The other major issue is the rates changing every couple of months. Don't give me the market rate crap. You increase my rate by almost $100 and tell me it is market rate. No, it is not. If I booked a unit the same size as I have now online, I would get it at a substantially cheaper, I just have to move it into a new unit. Plus, they system lets you pick the unit, so you can see the available inventory. Yet you are not willing to work with your existing customers. Do you know how many people would be willing to sign actual leases and not be month to month?

So professional, pleasant, and goes above and beyond to keep this a well managed business. He truly cares. Ever since Adam took over managing this location (about a year ago) it's been highly organized and smooth sailing. I finally retrieved my items from storage, and that process was quick and easy also. I then told them a month ahead of time I was moving out and was made to pay for an entire month two days before I moved out. They then wanted confirmation of my move out so they can rent it again while I had the unit paid for for the entire month. This is $660. extra I've had to pay as well as they're going to re-rent my unit making them another $330. Very greedy practice. The manager was very unhelpful and gaslighted me when I told him I didn't ask for the free month at the time.

The $1 fee was replaced with a $40 "sign up" fee at the "closing". After my first 4 months they raised my fee by almost 50%. I was told rates are based on supply and demand, despite the fact the $40 rate was still available online. I was told that rate was for "new" customers.
