As far as the company, I Calculated that they have raised the rent every 7 months by approximately $40 each time. Just yesterday, they sent me another email where they are going to raise it another $37, going from $249 to $286. They claim that it's "Due to increasing costs associated with providing you the best possible self-storage experience, we find it necessary to increase your rate at this time.". Well this is more than 15% increase for cost of living for each year, while the average cost of living is approximately 2-4% per year in America. In my opinion, these people are GREEDY and don't care whatsoever about their customers, as long as they can keep raising their rent 1.5 times per year.

When I called to find out why prices jumped overnight, the owner Tom, was screaming unprofessionally in the background of the call "I raised the prices because I felt like it!!!". The woman, Brenda, promised to email me a copy of my contract and still has never sent it. I'm still waiting... months later. They are an absolute mess. Their follow up is horrendous, customer service is severely below average, and their snarky attitude doesn't belong in the world of business.

We had a spot we chose ourselves and kept for over a year, only to be forced out of it with no explanation, no incentive, and no regard for loyal customers. We were moved to a new spot that has been nothing but a headache. At the end of our row sits a dilapidated motorhome that completely blocks the aisle. Every time we need to hook up to our camper and leave, we are forced to back all the way down the aisle just to get out. It is unsafe, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable for a storage facility that claims to provide accessible storage. We first reported this issue in July 2025 and were assured it would be handled. Since then, we have reported it four additional times through the manager, telephone, call center, and email. Not once have they meaningfully responded, followed up, or even acknowledged the concern. They simply do not care. Customer service is nonexistent, management is unprofessional, and basic maintenance and accessibility standards are ignored. Avoid this place at all costs, no matter how convenient the location may seem. There are far better businesses out there that actually value their customers.
