Very frustrating experience. As you can see from the response I got from the owner the management doesn't care about you as a customer. So rent at your own risk. They can't return a phone call but they can post on google with some copy and paste response. Also, I've talked to other people who are renting and they tell me the owners are never in the office and have a tough time getting a hold of them or no response at all. Most of the pallet jacks are broken, but some aren't and they're free so... -Climate controlled, indoor space so you and your stuff won't freeze -They'll send and receive packages for tenants -Drive-in ramp for the public area and truck docks for commercial side -Free Wifi, though it's not always available inside the metal units / far from the office I'm not knocking public storage - they were nice and straightforward, but I'm also really glad I moved to DSS.

We secured a 5 x 8 storage unit at $92 per month in March 2024, we received a notice notice today June, 10, 2024 (months) A $75 monthly increase! 2. They continue to increase as they assess current market conditions every 60 days. Basically, every two months they will assess your payment and j crease as they see fit. 3. When you sign a contract. Make sure you pre-pay at least six months because then they can't touch you with the monthly increase. Something that they don't tell you when you sign. IT IS A SCAM. THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST. The whole company operates like this. DONT DO IT. READ THE FINE PRINT!

I was able to then cancel just in time before month end, and seamlessly move into the new spot without being charged for an additional month. Now that's what I call great service! Based on the location (right next to an open field) I assumed there would be rodents, but they said they did regular maintenance to keep it at bay. The last few months of my rental, my unit was COVERED in mice droppings and urine, tons of moths, etc. Upon clean out, there were several dead mice in my unit and a lot of my belongings were destroyed by the smell and nesting from mice. There was also a dead mouse in a box once I was unpacking in my new home. Just beware if you're storing clothing/cloth furniture/etc.
