The managers on site are amazing, if it was solely based on that, they'd have 5 stars. They know their tenants and are very friendly and helpful. Based on the location (right next to an open field) I assumed there would be rodents, but they said they did regular maintenance to keep it at bay. The last few months of my rental, my unit was COVERED in mice droppings and urine, tons of moths, etc. Upon clean out, there were several dead mice in my unit and a lot of my belongings were destroyed by the smell and nesting from mice. Competitive rates, excellent clean facility, and friendly caring staff. I was going through some financial struggles and my payment method was declined a few times. I always got a call to let me know and politely ask for payment. I never got a late fee because of these reminders. The staff/owners are absolutely wonderful!!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit! Edit to add: I was in a temp controls unit for over a year. I NEVER had any rodent droppings or bugs. While the unit was very cool in the winter and warm in the summer but it was still within range to never freeze and never melt anything, even chocolate. Moved in, week later I return to mouse feces on all my stuff. Manager says, "Mice are a part of life"....Do not store your stuff here...mice infested and management is not trying to resolve it. read more

I rented a unit in Henderson, CO. The complex is clean except that my boxes had mice dropping all over them when I moved (I was only there for 2 months). I rented a temperature controlled unit yet when we went there on a fairly hot day, no air was on (it had to be close to 90 degrees in our unit- not in the sun but still too hot when you are paying for a temp controlled unit) The other thing I really did not care for was their policy to charge you for an entire month if you move out after the 5th of the month! Yet you are required to give a 30 day notice- how is this fair??? Yet they pro-rate the move-in??? The owners are nice enough but they are obviously about making the money rather than doing things like rodent control, turning on the AC before units get too hot, and treating tenants fairly on move out. read more

Great facilities, nice staff, and decent prices. They have had a few price increases, but they seem to be about $10 annually. Nothing horrific. The place is very secure with code entry specific to you. All in all, I recommend this place. read more
