Came here on a Friday at 1 PM to get a tarot milk hot tea. On the menu it says it's $6.50 for a large and somehow my total came out to $7.60. When I asked it was because it's an additional $.50 because the tea is hot. My drink was delicious. It could've been a little bit hotter, but honestly, it was the right temperature so you could immediately drink it. Unfortunately, I was walking outside and it got cold halfway through my walk. There was a little bit of a language barrier with the cashier who was taking my order. I was trying to ask what was in their holiday drinks and I wasn't able to get a clear answer. I'm so happy that there is a place like this close to home now. What dragged me out here was the fact that they have the character mousse cakes... Something I have always wanted to try but never wanted to trek into the city for. Absolutely great customer service. I went on a really busy day when there was a street festival. There were so many orders put in and guests were coming in nonstop. However, I got my order within 10 minutes. I ordered a lot. I got all 8 flavors of their mochi donuts. I got the teddy bear mousse cake which is what I really wanted. Then I got the berry mojito just for fun to try! The mojito is a virgin one btw. Mochi donuts were perfection! I bought these for my family visiting. They loved all the flavors. The teddy bear mousse cake was equally perfect. It was a perfect treat for my daughter and me to share. The berry mojito, while it is highly rated, I don't think I would have added in tapioca bubbles like I did today... I think that ruined the experience of the drink for me. However, super pleased with my visit here and will be coming back more often. The place is spacious but when it's a busy day like today, it can feel packed, especially when there are a lot of families coming in. There isn't much seating. Just a bar. So this is more like a grab and go spot. The place gave off a modern feel with all the decor. read more

Went here for a korean corn dog and a boba drink. The service was so slow. It took really long in my opinion. Was it worth the wait? Not really. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone but i wouldn't say it's horrible. The drinks are pretty good, a little too sweet but they're still good. The korean corn dogs were not even warm even when i first got them. There were some chairs to sit, the scenery was good. There was also sauce out so i got to put however much i wanted on. overall, I'd give this 3/5 starts. Not the best experience. read more

This place just opened and I was so excited to have boba and snacks so close to me. So far my favorite is the Coconut Smoothie with mix jelly. My reason for the 4 stars is the service. They look like all teenagers and they just need to work on communication. Yesterday and today when my order was ready they just left it on the counter and it's up to you to pay attention. They need to call out ppls orders. Then my boyfriend didn't like that one guy started moping all around us. I know it's late they wanna go home, but that's rude. Place is really nice and clean also just hope it stays like that. read more

Noticed that this new spot opened up near me and I had to try it out! We ordered all different kinds of things, but I have to say my favorite was the savory crepe we tried. And boba is just never a bad idea. Service was good but just a bit slow, considering we ordered 4 different items it made sense though. Drinks is good, however the plastic bag they are using to put the drinks in smelled like cat urine ‍

Drink was ok, I purchased the Thai Ice Tea, They definitely use half & half the drink had a very sour after taste. I told the employee at the register that I didn't like my drink, I didn't even take more than a sip, and he tried to charge me for another drink. He blatantly told me because I drank it that he would have to charge me. Even though I took 1 sip. We then went back & forth, I asked to speak to a manager and then he finally decided to accommodate me. I'm not sure if this is the service or if this was a racial thing, but I will not be coming back. I tried the mango green tea. Too sweet!! I just don't think the price is worth the quality. Also they need to listen to customers bc we support their business. You don't have to do what I ask, but at least find a way to accommodate your customer. Never coming back here smh.
