I am so disappointed in this place. I ordered the mango raspberry crepe and it was literally 10 small chunks of unripe mango and 4 of the sourest raspberries I ever had. The place was also just straight up messy and dirty. I am usually not one to write bad reviews but this has me in shock. This location has a limited menu as opposed to their other location in Jackson heights but still good. Prices are slightly cheaper than their sister locations as well. Parking can be a hassle during the day but since I went their at night time that wasn't an issue at all. I personally did not see any difference in the quantity and quality of the crepes. Always, I get the mojollia crepe which is quite filling and delicious. On a scale of 1-10 (1 is the lowest and 10 is the highest) the crepe was 10, service was 8, and cleanliness 7. OHHH MY GOODNESSS YESS!!! I cannot contain my excitement for my discovery of this place. Living in the Ridgewood area, there are absolutely NO bubble tea/crepe/Asian desserts nearby.. I mean, I'm not saying that crepes are Asian but the style of this place definitely reminds me of T-Swirl back in Flushing.. so yes, I was absolutely excited and I am soo glad that I was able to stumble on this place. FYI, it's a little off the main street of Myrtle Avenue! There's a little bench outside with a sign for their lunch special which is 11am-3pm, a crepe and a bubble tea for $7.50.. BUT WAIT! If you check into Yelp, they give you a FREE bubble tea!! At first I didn't know about this and just ordered my crepe, but I love checking into Yelp (and getting badges for reasons that I don't know about) so when that check-in offer popped up, I was so excited and you bet I went back to the cashier and went like "so.. about this bubble tea.." The cashier actually didn't even know they had a Yelp check-in offer, but he was very cool about it and honored it. I love that about this place, there are SOO many places that will not honor their Yelp check-in offer, or give weird conditions for it once you show them. He even gave me a LARGE instead of a regular, cashier guy.. if you're reading this, you're the man! :) The crepes took a little bit to come out, but this place is actually very busy despite the low popularity on Yelp. They came out beautiful, nicely rolled, nicely packaged and very easy to eat. I tried the Five-O, and I could tell you that this green tea ice cream is LEGIT, it has a little bit of a bitter taste to it as all GOOD, HIGH QUALITY green tea ice creams should. It was also an extremely filling crepe for the price. The bubble tea though.. I LOVED IT! At first I thought it would be a milk tea bubble tea, but it was not and that works out very well for me because I prefer fruity over milky. The mango bubble tea that I tried was legit, comparable to something in Flushing. The bubbles were quite chewy and fresh. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this place and I hope that they stay open for a very long time. To be honest, if this shop was in Flushing or another Asian-populated area.. Their name (when the crepes are rolled up, they DO kind of look like tornadoes!) and window display with all of their crepe creations drew me in. Tried the "Five-O" crepe- strawberries, kiwis, nutella, caramel, a chocolate pirouline, and green tea ice cream. The crepe itself was good (esp. the crunchy parts!) and the strawberries were sweet and tasted fresh... but the kiwis were pretty hard and sour. My favorite ingredient was the green tea ice cream - creamy, with a hint of bitterness from the green tea (perfect!!!) Wish they gave more than 1 scoop though! The staff was efficient and we got our order in a couple of minutes. You can watch them make your crepe over the counter. Also, it smells amazing in there when they are in the process of making crepes! Very limited seating area- three bar stools by the window and a small bench along the wall closet to the door... could probably fit 5 people seated, and maybe 3 people standing, without feeling cramped. Overall, a good addition to the neighborhood and a great alternative to froyo for dessert! I'm giving 3 stars because the quality of the crepe my husband and I had LAST night was delicious but unfortunately we had the worst customer service EVER!!! We walked in and the young man behind the counter was eerily quiet, not a peep even after explaining that we were excited to be coming in to try something new as first timers. My friends and I were looking for a good ice cream place near the myrtle wyckoff stop- this is about a 10 min walk away but SO worth it. Visited yesterday (June 8, 2019). Service is awful, we were waiting for a while and the man behind the register yelled, "YES?" loudly. But that's not all.... While my partner was paying, I noticed a brown insect with wings (about the size of my pinky nail) crawling into and out of and all over the tip jar on top of the ice cream. I really tried to convince myself and hope that it wasn't a roach. I then told my partner, and she confirmed it was a roach. When we informed the employee, he was far too casual about it and said, "Oh, a cockroach?" and we then asked for our money back. We left shortly after and went to the Tornado Crepe on Knickerbocker which is way better, cleaner, and larger. read more

Such a cool spot it might be small but its a cozy place with really good deserts. I love crepes that's what they make and right in front of you. There is a clear glass where you can see and add anything you like if you don't prefer the items on the menu. They also have bubble teas and drinks which i have not tried just yet but soon will. Teriyaki chicken sounds good, right? WRONG. Not in this place. The fake chicken is taken straight from Subway's!!!, and it is microwaved to order. They drench it with some low quality sauces. Put fresh veggies (a plus for that), and call it a day. I probably didn't do myself a favor expecting anything more. But fake, packaged "chicken"? Unfortunately it is another generic, lazy business. So much potential to make something authentic, especially that there are no other crepe places in the area. But then again, it seems like, in Ridgewood, market expectations are not that high. This is such a welcome addition to the neighborhood. There is no place around that is like this. Each crepe is made to order, nothing is frozen (except the ice cream, of course). There is a choice between savory or sweet. I chose sweet for my first visit: The Five Oh. This contains kiwi, strawberries, green tea ice cream and chocolate syrup. I comes with a cookie straw and a spoon and is presented in a convenient cone-shaped container which saves your clothing from drips. I went at about 9pm, only 1 worker and he said they were out of crepes. We saw that they have egg waffles available, so the worker said that's available. Ordered 3 of those, took a reasonable time to make them, and one of orders didn't have all the ingredients (they ran out of strawberries, so substituted with bananas) When we got the orders, they came out to almost $8 each, which was more then the crepes. A little thrown off because they didn't mention anywhere that it was more to upgrade to egg waffles (kind of forced since they didn't have crepes) As for the egg waffles, more like bread and no creamy sweet taste. Like a bubbly bland pancake. Ice cream was below mediocre, fruits were decent. Very disappointed with this place given the high ratings. Try getting some egg waffles from the carts in Chinatown, and you'll know how they should taste. I wouldn't come back or recommend to any of my friends. read more
