The experience was well organized, well managed, and in a great facility. All of the food was amazing and I feel some great bonds were formed across all areas of my department. The music was a little loud for my taste, but it was probably the concrete floors and open ceilings that were more to blame for that. There is an adjoining glass window patio section that's much quieter, but it's not climate-controlled and it was pretty humid on the day of our visit, so we stayed in the main dining room and picked a table in the back. Our entrees came out in a timely fashion, and everything looked great. The chicken was moist and very tasty. The sweet potato fries could have been a little crispier in my opinion, but they tasted great. The corn salad was very refreshing. One of the staff came by to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. Kudos for that follow-up. Viva Chicken is definitely on our "must return" list.
