Quick Friday lunch to go order. It's tiny. Was super quick service as well. The food was pretty good. It seemed fresh. The boba teas were ok too. Nice tapioca. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's no space to eat inside since it was so busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The prices are decent.

May Way Dumplings is take out only. I was feeling under the weather and called in the "Dumpling Noodle Soup". When I tell you the flavor of the broth SLAPS!!! The soup is exploding with flavor. They give you enough for two servings as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Atmosphere wise is very basic- like I stated it's take out only.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff were very nice and I will definitely be coming back!

    Fried Chicken Dumplings

Service: quick and good. Food: delicious. I ordered the fried chicken dumplings. The dumplings themselves were somewhat lacking in flavor. However, what the dumplings lacked the sauce made up for. It was perfectly acidic, somewhat sweet, somewhat spicy. After rolling the dumplings in it for a while I was impressed! Definitely want to go back and try some of the other options!

The food is so flavorful and warm, perfect for a chilly day! The people who work there are very nice and quick! The dumplings are so good that I ate them all before I could even get a picture! The special sauce they add to the dumplings is so flavorful and has a bit of spice to it that makes you just want to keep eating it! Every time I'm in the area I always stop by here!

The dumplings here were 1000% worth the drive to Winston! Services was quick and the owner was friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside is super small, definitely a pick up spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is a walk up service, but there was two tables outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food, from the dumplings to the soup was delicious. Everything definitely felt homemade and flavorful. Loved the whole experience.

Service was quick. Dumpling noodle soup is delicious. It was flavorful and warm. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have two cute 2 seater tables outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is more of a take out spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will definitely return for the buns. They were so good.

sesame noodles, fried pork dumplings (although usually I get the fried chicken dumplings)

I love these guys, but pro tip, y'all: always always order ahead. There is always a line outside of people waiting for their food and I pop my head in, show a screenshot of my order number, and walk out immediately with hot dumplings and cold noodles. I like the sesame noodles and the fried, chicken dumplings best. (They're not fried chicken, they're fried dumplings and the protein in the filling is chicken as opposed to pork.) They were the first place to have boba in the area 10 years ago, which, missing Philly Chinatown, I used to get with some regularity. TBH, they're not my favorite for boba (Kung Fu Tea in High Point), but I give May Way props for early adopters in the area.

    Mala Cold noodle salad

I cannot hype this place up enough. The prices are incredible, the food is mouth-watering, and everything is fresh and homemade. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If there is one criticism, it is that it is essentially to-go only, as there is only a small bar to dine in, and if a line forms (there will be a line, give it 15 mins) you might be a little cramped.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But, do not let this deter you from delicious dim sum in Winston-Salem, NC. My personal favorite was the Mala cold noodle salad, with a tangy peanut dressing and fresh sliced veggies paired with cold noodles. It was a great side on a hot summer day, like the other week. The only other issue to report is parking; it can sometimes be hard to find parking in Reynolda Village, but I encourage you to stop and swing by this place, as any hassle to get to it is exceeded by the delicious food you will receive.

    Chelsea R.

I have been craving may way something fierce so when I found myself and a friend in Reynolda this was first on my list. The fried chicken dumplings and the Sesame peanut noodles always hit the spot. The mango lassi was the perfect drink to wash it all down with.

Steamed Pork Bun- bland and dry
    Fred B.

This small place is mostly about the dumplings, though they offer buns, soups, rice , and noodles choices. I had not been here before though I did visit the location in Greensboro near the UNCG campus - it has since permanently closed, which was probably for the best! I ordered Fried Pork Dumplings (6 for $4.95), a Steamed Pork Bun ($2.60), and Seafood Shao Mai (6 for $4.95). The order was out quickly and I was on my way! The food was rather a mixed bag. The Steamed Pork Bun was bland and rather dry. The two varieties of dumplings were better, but neither would I describe as great, and the sauce lacked any zip. There simply are better dumplings (goyza, wontons, etc) in the immediate area - Don Express, Chiang Mai Thai, and especially those at New Sichuan! Pricing was good, service was efficient, but quality of the food was not what I'd hoped for - don't see a return visit!

    Travis T.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]A hole in a wall shop that sells a variety of dumplings and other dishes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The pork bun was decent but nothing special. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to go to this place again.

    Rufus D.

I came here on a Sunday morning and the place was buzzing. The shrimp dumplings were super fresh and had that perfect translucent wrapper. I also loved the pork siu mai it was juicy and flavorful. The staff were quick even though it was packed. Would definitely return for another dim sum brunch.

Ok, so I wanted Ramen but I don't think this is their wheelhouse. I think the main focus are the drinks and treats. I got the Miso chicken Raman and it was good...not great. The presentation was kinda wonky with a plastic bowl with clear wrap on top like a school lunch meal...wait...was this frozen and they just heated it up?? Hmmm...anyway the service was...functional. The ube soft-serve was topped with mochi and coconut. I was happy to learn it was lactose-free. Ube has a mild vanilla flavor and is not as sweet as other soft serves I have had before. They have a banana dessert that sounds good and I would get it in the future.

I usually get the combo plates that include an entree, egg roll and rice. Today, I have been battling a cold and cough and some wonton soup sounded perfect to sooth my throat. The rest of my family ordered some different dishes for themselves. We ordered online and I sent my son to pick everything up which only took 20 min. The wonton soup had so many wontons in it I split it into three servings. They also give you the fried wonton strips to sprinkle on top if you like that. The portions on all the other food were also big. Mr. Lus doesn't skimp there. We all had plenty for lunch the next day. The service is always fast, reliable and friendly. There is no dining room. It's all take out at Mr Lus so be prepared for that. Otherwise it's your basic order at the counter place.

All the items chosen were good, with the Fried Shrimp and the Mongolian Beef proving to be very, very good! Mongolian Beef is a favorite Chinese American dish. Despite the name, it was developed in Taiwan before coming to the USA, an been very popular, especially as a take out item. The version served here is among the best, nearly as good as the best in the area, that served at Jade Garden in Advance. The dish here adheres to the straight forward simplicity of processing quality beef, onions, and peppers well seasoned with a soy based sauce. The fried shrimp are small, fresh tasting, and well breaded and well seasoned. This isn't an item often thought of when considering Chinese American appetizer, but I would suggest you consider it , especially when a bit of hot mustard or Chinese hot sauce is added. I have tried at least a dozen items here, and there have only been a couple I would not reorder. The sipped with which your order is prepared is a definite plus, usually you are out in under 15 minutes.
