It was visually appealing. After discussing, it seems that we decided a hybrid set was more what I was looking for so I got that with a few lashes of purple. Noriko explained that these custom lashes that I was asking for would take a little longer than my original scheduled appointment. So I would have to come back at a later time to do it. My first appt was at 2pm and then I came back again at 5pm after her other appt. It would be nice to have an option for "New Client Appt" perhaps next time so we can discuss what the client is looking for and have some buffer time if need be. As well the location is a little hard to find. It's within a parking lot. They do validate parking but you still have to pay $6. The quality of the lashes is wonderful. It's been now 2 1/2 weeks and the retention is great.

When I finally saw her in-person, she told me, "How come you didn't tell me it was you?" I told her, "I wanted it to be a surprise because I wasn't sure if she would remember me back from middle school." Anyhow, she did. Initially had to wait a few months prior to my first appointment in October 2015. Still the same Mary who is easy to chat with and forthright. She always checks on me during the tattoo process if there is more pain than I can manage and will make sure I'm comfortable before continuing. I feel taken care of throughout the whole process. My eyeliner and brows look very natural for the final product (after healing of course). I was always hesitant of PMU because I didn't want anything too dark or harsh and it's a tattoo so it's not easy to fix. I took a long time researching and looking at so many different artists and their work. I wanted someone experienced with a great portfolio. I finally decided on Makoto because she has 15 years of experience and her hair strokes are very natural looking. She is also the owner of Suzukoo and teaches PMU classes. I am so impressed with my results! She fixed my thin, uneven eyebrows. I already love how it looks and I can't wait to see the fully healed results and get my touch up in November. This would be my first tattoo so I was not sure how it would feel. To me, it was painless! It felt like a toothpick drawing on my skin. After the first pass, she puts numbing gel. Almost fell asleep.
