It was perfect because I wanted a day spa with the hubby on our wedding anniversary. We got the hour full body massage, hour JJ special facial, 30 minute foot massage and a foot bath. The full body massage was very worth it. It was a mixture of Swedish, lomi lomi, and Thai. They will give you a questionair to see where you want them to focus on for the body massage. Since I have sensitive skin and had hives the night before, I asked to keep the massage body oils to it's minimum by keeping it plain. So no aromatherapy for me. I loved that she could accommodate my skin condition. My husband had the full service, while I was being accommodated with a hot stone massage as well. It was heavenly. It feels really nice to be pampered. They worked on arms, legs, thighs, upper & lower back. If you want them to focus more on other body parts, you must let them know. Love how Joomi stretched out my arms. I got a little hot stone massage on my thighs and legs too. Facial was done with blue led light for sensitive and acne prone skin. We had steaming going on and a face and neck massage as well. Love, love , love it! Foot massage, ohh I tell you that was heavenly. My husband said I dosed off because I snored. Lol that was a good 30 min. If it was longer, I'm pretty sure I would have fallen asleep throughout the session. Joomi's hands are really amazing. I recommend to have Joomi work on you. Joomi and Jerri worked on us. We were satisfied. Parking is free in the back. Mood: Satisfied and relaxed! Thanks to JJ body and facial for a wonderful experience. I'm really happy you were able to accommodate everything for our anniversary. You made it very special!

Jessica is amazing massage therapist! I have been working on a project at work and the left side…read moreof back was aching so much. I finally made an appointment for a massage with CBD oil for 90 mins. All I can say is, she is "ONE". She did a deep tissue massage. I prefer when a therapist uses their hands, fingers, forearm and elbow to work out my knots. Not a big fan when massage therapist walk on your back. Jessica is a wonderful therapist and knows how to massage away the tightness in my back and shoulders. While she was massaging my shoulder, there must been a ball of tension because while she was working on it, it pop a bit. It felt great. After our session, my back does not ache and she worked on my shoulder, which I did not realize there was so much tension that my shoulders looked like I was shrugging. Like anything, to help relieve the tightness and stiffness from my back and neck, you have to be consistent. Definitely will see her next month or even sooner. There is parking and she validates. I only had to pay a couple of dollars.

Many appointments went good. A couple went bad. Last appointment I was in with bf, both masseuse were talking non stop. Loud. Laughing. Talking. For the entire hour. I was so upset, i had to stop the massage before it was done. It's so fucking rude. Please note, this was not the first time, just the loudest and longest time. Other times I went, either my company didn't mind, nor wanted to speak up, or I simply didn't want to speak up because it's awkward. But imagining sitting there for your whole massage wondering when they would stop screaming!? Also note- one time i called and ask how much it would be extra to focus on my shoulders, the man on the phone said no extra charge, but when i finished my massage the lady said it was $40 extra. I asked for 1.5 hours, she said NO because she worked too hard on my back. Fucking rude how are they still open. Don't go to their sister location up the street either. I expected the owner to reach out and apologize for his employees behavior. It's been about 2 to 3 weeks. No one's calling me so I'm leaving this review cheap ass massage place.

She was very attentive, gentle and professional. She took the time to explain the trade offs with doing light- lashes and getting a longer- lasting, thicker set. I love what she did! I've received so many compliments from people who can't quite believe that they are extensions. I'll definitely go back and I hope to get a massage too since I've heard great things.

I was supplied with a wrap with Velcro closure, and I had to ask for a little container to place my jewelry. I'm glad I removed my necklace, rings and watch because my hands and feet were later massaged. I had the Microdermabrasion with Oxygen Infusion Facial Treatment using a Groupon, and my esthetician was Cristina. The experience was very relaxing and one of the best facials I've had, and I've had many! Treatment was applied to face, neck and decolletage (upper chest) which was complete. Treatment for most facials is limited to only face and neck. Also, I've never had Oxygen Infusion before and my skin and I loved it. (I felt some droplets from the cool mist roll down to my ears which weren't wiped until much later in the session). The microdermabrasion was completely pain free, and the results combined with the O2 were excellent. My skin was youthful and smooth afterwards. Refreshing and high quality products, two masks and lots of hot towels were used, and the treatment included soothing massages of my scalp, neck & shoulders, hands, and feet! I do agree with one Yelp reviewer that it was unfortunate microdermabrasion was not done on my nose which is typically one of my problem areas. I also noticed there was no "steam" used for this treatment. Extractions were not included either for the Groupon deal. Making the appointment was not a completely smooth experience, either. On Saturday, I initially requested a 6 pm appointment for Monday. They said they had to check with the therapist and her schedule and get back to me. They did call me back within a few minutes and accepted the 6 pm appointment. But on the day of the appointment someone called me to see if I could come in earlier, like 4 or 4:15 pm. That's a lot earlier for someone like me who works! It was explained there was a "personal" issue with the therapist. I said I could not come in that early. They then asked if I could come in at 7 pm instead and I said ok. Subsequently, I noticed a missed call from them but no message or text was left. I called back to see why they called but the therapist was in session and she never called me back. So I don't know, they may have wanted to change my appointment AGAIN. One reviewer said her treatment was for 1 hour & 20 minutes but mine was for exactly 1 hour, probably because my appointment was at 7 pm and they close at 8 pm. Maybe if my appointment was at my original requested time at 6 pm, I might have had a longer session. The spa is located in the Ohana Hale Marketplace in the former Sports Authority space on Ward Ave. Parking is free and ample so accessibility is easy. If this is your first time to U Beauty, give yourself some extra time to find the place within the Marketplace that's surrounded by fruit and boba tea stands. Also, I thought, how relaxing can this be with so much noise and foot traffic and surrounding vendors, but treatment is in a private room with nice zen-like music so it's for the most part quiet and peaceful. Staff outside the room can be heard from inside the room so they should be aware during sessions, and keep their voices down as much as possible. The room was perfectly temperature-controlled. U Beauty offers an array of services including facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, permanent make-up, massage and body work, and foot reflexology. I'm glad I tried U Beauty. I highly recommend Cristina who said she's been doing this for over 20 years. But maybe since she's so experienced it's hard to secure a firm appointment with her. Despite the hiccups, all in all it was a positive experience and I will be back!

I wanted the lymphatic drainage massage (for getting rid of swelling) with microcurrent therapy machine (for tighter skin). I went in thinking not much of it. They were running a special in the Korean newspaper and my mom told me to check it out bc I love facials. Korean facials especially. It's not a luxury spa. If they weren't running their special, I wouldn't have gone here bc their regular prices look very high for where they're located and decor. The esthetician was really nice and friendly. She was very thorough in her facial. Deep cleaning. Lymphatic drainage massage. 2 or 3 types of machine for skin tightening...One of them(don't be scared) feels like electro shock LOL it gives a shock to your facial muscles for tightening. I LOVE IT. No pain, no gain! If it's too strong, just let them kmow.
