I came in to exchange a pair of FootJoy golf shoes I bought here one week ago. I didn't have my receipt on me, so the associate scanned the shoes to look up the "lowest selling price." Their system came back with $19 for shoes I paid $110 for days earlier. When I asked how that number made any sense, no one could explain it. No price history, no verification, no transparency just "that's what the system says." I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable, just a fair exchange based on the actual purchase price. The part that pushed me to write this review was the manager's response. Instead of helping or even acknowledging the issue, he told me that leaving a review "wouldn't make a difference." That's not just dismissive, it's unprofessional. He said he wouldn't even consider making an exception because I had dropped the F-Bomb in reference to their insane store policy and ridiculous lowball valuation. He also demanded that I apologize to the associate for using the F word. For the record, I found my receipt and will be returning the shoes properly. But the principle matters. If their system is generating inaccurate "lowest selling prices," that affects more than just me. I'll be filing formal complaints with the appropriate agencies so this doesn't get brushed aside. I'm sharing this so other customers know what to expect if they try to make an even exchange without a receipt. They have just about everything pickleball related product you can imagine, from Dink Masters to automatic ball machines. Outdoor pickleball, indoor pickleball they've got it all. If underwater pickleball was a thing, they'd probably have that gear too. When I came in to buy a paddle the Pro asked me to describe my game so he could steer me towards the right kind of paddle. The question caught me off guard and I started laughing. My game? Omg that's funny. I ain't got no game. I had to explain I'm a total noob. I've only been playing for a year, and only the last six months with any regularity. So I don't even possess the vocabulary to describe the feebleness of my "game." Lol. Of course I'm not the first noob they've dealt here and they knew just how to handle the likes of me.
