Toast was thick and crunchy, and the sausages I got were much thicker than most links served at restaurants, almost like mini-kielbasas with the flavor heading in that direction too. Not greasy or gristly in the least. Don't get that way nearly enough, but would certainly check out other offerings here next time I do.
