Best sub shop in town. Forget subway and the chain stores. D and M subs is the best in town by far. I had a large that was about 15 inches long and loaded it to the hills. I had a black pepper turkey sub on white with onions, peppers, tomato, lettuce, oil, seasonings, mayo, bell peppers and pickles. The sub was awesome and cost about $8. Yeah, $8 for all of that. Try to find that price in a big city for this qualify of food. The store was small, no indoor seating available so it was all take out services. The lady working was very helpful. I had never been here before so I had a thousand questions for her and she never made me feel as though I was bothering her. Instead she was very helpful and made me want to come back again. Great service overall. They do have different sized subs but I would say the 15 inch is enough for two people easily. Overall just another solid place! read more

Fresh bread helped hold lots of topping. Toppings were grocery-store level but topping amount + bread flavor makes all the difference between a grocery store sub and this level of delicious. Wait staff were pleasant, efficient, food was quickly served. We'll return. read more

This place puts subway to shame! Hidden gem subway shop you get a huge sized sun for the price made to order. We stopped passing through after seeing the waits at the restaurant I recommend the 8 inch the Footlong a too much lol very friendly will definitely try to stop back! read more

OH....MY......GOD.....These guys make the best subs, ever!! I can not believe no one has "Yelped" about them yet. They are this little, carry-out only, establishment that is hard to find, you'll get lost on your way, and the neighborhood nearby is not the safest feeling, but OMG! Soooooooo good. They have every meat on the planet (ok, not every meat, but they cover the basics) and their bread is fantabulous!!! (yes, that is a word...today) I live in Chicago, but would not hesitate to drive up there for subs on a weekend when we have nothing planned. This place is the best of the best. There are 30+ combinations and you can choose from tiny, small, large, and family size (2 feet long!!!) and start in price at $4. The bread is fresh and made in-house. Not the same with the "new" owners. They changed the chicken which now is cheap disgusting rubber crap. Came in to two girls with no hats on. One whom took my order with snotty attitude. The other girl had a long side ponytail that brushed along my sub as she was making it while the check out girl bit her nails spitting them into the air. Absolutely disgusting!! read more

I really like D&M and get their subs quite frequently. They have almost 50 subs to choose from, homemade wheat and white bread, several sauces, etc. With all of that said, this place's reputation is blown way out of proportion. Almost all of the subs are your standard sliced deli meats with lettuce, onion, and pickle on them. They're good, but let's not go crazy here. read more

Just went here for lunch. Huge subs! We got the smalls and they were about 4" wide and 8" long! Very good, fresh. Had the special and a grilled chicken sub. Both were good. Bread is pretty soft so it kind of falls apart, but taste is spot on. They have about 40 different kinds and you pick the number you want. read more

You all know that popular chain subshop thatfeatures all turkey based meats well this one is all baloney..I couldn't choke it down felt badly because my son had purchased the sandwhich for me... The bread was air the meats tasted like baloney the topping were old and wilted.. Wish one of the supermarkets would start a sub line with good quality cold cuts.. Like Publix and Winn Dixie do. My husband & I have been eating D&M Subs for over 20 years & the past 3 times we ordered over the phone for pick-up we asked if we needed to order extra meat or was there enough on the sub the first time an second we were told yes there is enough but both times it was only one small piece of meat folded over , so today the 3rd time we ordered again told the girl the past two times not enough meat she said she would make sure there would be enough , well for almost 10 dollars it was the same as the. Last 2 times, so sorry but you have lost 2 good customers !!! The date is 8/22/16 ordered at 6:20 P.M.
