Unfortunately cannot recommend as much as I wish I could! Came here to get my wedding nails done. I…read morewill say scheduling our appointment was very easy & I was able to send inspiration photos ahead of time so I had peace of mind that I would be able to achieve the vision I wanted for my wedding day. It was a bit of a scramble as soon as we got in. People were shuffled around and there seemed to be a lot of confusion over who was covering what services. Our pedicures were generally fine, and my mom's manicure went well, although I thought the line work on the French was a bit sloppy. I had originally said I wanted SNS with tips, but by the time of my appointment, my nails were so long and such a great shape that I decided not to add tips and to keep the shape. In filing them all to uniform length/shape, the manicurist made them incredibly thin and pointy, sacrificing the pretty tapered shape they had before. I was looking for a marble ombré effect which was sort of achieved. It also had gold detailing. I am used to nail artists painting on those details, but she used a foil paper which resulted in each nail looking different as opposed to uniform. The services were really pricey which I was fine with since it was for my wedding day. Although I wasn't crazy about my nails as they weren't what I was envisioning and I hated how they were filed to such a point, making my fingers look very stubby, they did look pretty in photos. I had them done on a Friday and my wedding was 2 days later. The day after my wedding, my nails began to disintegrate and crumble off. Mind you, these are my natural nails not tips. I would reach for a hand towel after washing my hands and the nails would just come off in pieces. The following day, the top layer of designs peeled off in full from each nail. So, 4 days after I had them done, I was left with stubs of nails and the basic matte white under layer of the SNS. I've never seen this happen and am just glad it waited until after wedding day, but I was super disappointed after growing my nails to the longest they had ever been. I reached out to the nail artist to let her know what had happened. I am not local so I couldn't go in for a touch up, but I figured that after the money we spent and it being a special occasion some of it would have been refunded. I just got a quick "sorry about that!" And nothing more. I have to think it was because of how filed down the nails were and the thin layers of SNS application. Super disappointing and I dealt with gross nails my whole honeymoon.

Decent job on my granddaughters nails. They squeezed three people in near closing time.read more

You are instantly welcomed and asked about exactly what you want and you have time to weight out different options. I was looking for a structured builder gel manicure. And it was really excited to see that this salon offered that. And it was my first time getting this so I had some questions which were quickly answered. I didn't have to wait long at all and I booked my appointment online. In fact, I was 30 minutes early to my appointment and got in pretty quick. The color I got was OPI tickle my france-y with a Chrome overlay. I only points were that I didn't get any cuticle, trimmings or lotion with the massage at hand, which I usually expect in a manicure service. And the price was higher than I'm used to. But otherwise, this is a really pleasant experience, and I am excited to see how this lasts and come back!

I had to ask for a bandaid despite it being an open wound and bleeding. What was supposed to be a relaxing day off a busy work schedule became a painful hassle that I am still dealing with. On top of that, the woman doing my manicure was short and unfriendly with me despite me making attempts at friendliness. I'm sorry to leave this review but I am just so disappointed and frustrated. Will not be back.
