I second what Robert B said in his review of sept '17. Devin's super easy to deal with. Great communication when arranging the service call. Once there he clearly knows what he was doing; worked with us to land on the best fix for the situation -- broken locks at my aunt's house. Replaced one broken deadbolt lock with a much better once, fixed a second one that turned out to only need minor repairs, then keyed those two (plus a third) to all work with the same key. Devin was awesome! I called few locksmiths in SF to get a cabinet with a combination lock unlocked but all of them can't as I was advised that without a key-hole, it would damaged the cabinet. I decide a last try with Devin and he assured me he could do it without damaging it. He was quick to response too because I guess on a bike he could navigate traffic easily :). He got the cabinet opened and without any damaged. Anyways, Devin definitely knows his trade well!!! Brilliant! Devin is seriously as good as it gets! I was super stressed about being locked out of my house, and Devin came to the rescue! I was expecting to wait up to an hour for the locksmith to arrive, but he arrived in about 20 minutes. He also called to check in a couple of times, which felt comforting at the time. My locks were very good, so there wasn't an easy way to get in without destroying them. Devin was trying to work with me to find a different option--it felt like he clearly cared and wasn't just trying to do the easiest or quickest option. Once we realized that was our only route, Devin was able to get through those tricky locks and into the house pretty quickly (within 5 minutes). Devin, EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. This young man is kind, polite and knows his stuff. We just moved into our new home, looked like the locks for our new purchase hadn't been changed since the 1970's. The shoddiness of the locks did not phase him and he re-keyed our front door locks quickly and efficiently. Devin's exemplary customer service was demonstrated when he gave us a free lock, keys and fitted it for free when he discovered that our back door didn't have the right keys in the first place, the latter needed in order to re-key, this meant that we would have to find the original keys (which was hopeless) or replace the locks. Devin just did not want to leave us with back door locks in horrible condition, so he totally gifted us a brand new lock with keys!......such kindness gave much relief to us as new home owners, since the previous occupants were still coming in and out of the property due to the original shitty locks.
