It definitely tasted alot better in my opinion than some of the coffees we had been getting from elsewhere, you could taste the coffee and the caramel. It stayed cold and not watered down all the way back to Gainesville. It had a cool coffee spot vibe.not sure if there is a place to sit down inside or if it is strictly drive thru. Did see people walking up through the parking lot towards the building so not sure. Have noticed alot of these branded coffee shops popping up, definitely give them a shot. And the price was cheaper than our regular go to spot by the house.

I had the little bacon, egg and cheese which had less egg than I thought I would have (like 1/2 an egg). Usually places give two thick pieces, which is why I decided to get a smaller one. But it was far less than expected. We have a lot of bagels around Tampa, and it honestly wasn't what we thought. It is highly recommended in Gainesville, so I would try for yourself!

So I'm originally from the NYC area and I have a lot of bagel experience. Right off the bat I'll tell you this is not a traditional bagel experience. The bagels themselves I found kind of chewy and missing the standard varieties I'm used to. Their house cured nova lox was a little lacking in flavor for my taste but very colorful. They have a large variety of spreads and a lot of vegan options which seems to be the mode in a college town like Gainesville. Personally it's not for me as I'm a bagel purist but my understanding is there are times when folks are waiting up to 40 minutes to chow down a Humblewood bagel. So folks, what do I know.

I have always had good experiences here, though what I order is relatively limited in scope. Usually just a bagel (of some sort) with the tuna salad as a topping. When I walk in, it is a simple matter to walk up to the counter and make my food, then sit down at a table for about five minutes while they prepare my order. I am always greeted warmly, and they are able to get my food out in a very reasonable amount of time. The place does a good business, and I am happy that there is a place in Thornebrooke for the morning crowd where you can grab a bite to eat and perhaps a coffee that isn't overpriced garbage from Seattle. I will continue going here on the weekend for my little bite to eat.

The portions are pretty large and we found it to be quite filling. My friend said this was some of the best udon she'd had. The broth was very flavorful, the beef was tender, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. The only thing she didn't like as much was the fried egg, opposed to the more traditional hard boiled egg. My lemongrass chicken was satisfying as well. It came with a copious amount of chicken, with a really tangy sauce over it. The rice was overcooked, which was disappointing. Overall, Bagels and Noodles is a wonderful asian eatery located in Midtown. Its location is prime for college students and I can see why it is so popular. The service is very good and personable.
