I love a pistachio latte but it is hard to find a good one so I was ecstatic about this find. The staff were incredibly friendly and it was very busy but they gave every single person the time and attention they needed without getting too far behind. The entire restaurant is super cozy, stepping inside feels like going to your aunts house. They had hammocks and benches though out the outdoor space perfect for enjoying a coffee. The honeybee was a little too sweet for me but I am use to only drinking lattes with no syrups. Outside is decorated as cute as the inside. The avocado toast was soft and warm but it is plain with just smashed avocado and everything seasoning. At first it was difficult for me to locate the cafe. Please know it is behind the spa building.

I recently stopped by Maude's for a little sweet treat and was very pleased with my experience!…read moreLocated downtown, Maude's is open all day, serving a variety of coffees, teas, bites, and more! The cafe is quant, but has a decent amount of seating. The atmosphere is warm with a classic, cozy cafe kind of vibe. I absolutely loved the service as it was friendly and very personable. There was only one person the evening I visited, but he was working very efficiently! He was truly so nice and I felt like he really wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I ended up ordering a Red Velvet Cupcake and a piece of their Nutella Bread Pudding. The cupcake was really delightful! The cake was moist and fluffy with great texture. The cream cheese frosting was absolutely delicious too. The consistency was perfect and it was very balanced. The Nutella Bread Pudding was also great. The bread pudding itself wasn't dry at all and the I loved all the pockets of Nutella in between the layers. The worker served this to me warmed up and I am so glad he did! Both of these items were really good and I would recommend either. While I did go in the afternoon when the baked goods weren't the freshest (compared to the morning when they are freshly made), I still thought they tasted pretty fresh! Overall, I am glad I stopped in here and discovered this place! This would be a great study spot and I definitely want to return to try more of their menu in the future. The baked goods I tried hit the spot and I felt really taken care of here. I would recommend checking Maude's out!

Maude's has a wide variety of flavored lattes, hot and iced teas, and made-to-order sandwiches,…read moresoups, salads, and other lunch items. Their coffee is fantastic (I recommend the Maude's Iced Coffee or the lavender white mocha), I love the novelty of their DIY Italian sodas, and their hot teas are made nice and strong, but I would skip the chai latte because it is a little too weak. Many of their food items can be made gluten-free (my favorite is the Turkey B on a gluten-free wrap) and the staff is familiar with allergy precautions. Service can take a while sometimes, but it isn't so bad if you don't come during a rush. However: avoid at all costs during Fest, it gets crazy crowded for the entire weekend!! I love the atmosphere of Maude's--it's one of my favorite study spots, and it even has a shaded outdoor seating area--but new customers should know that there are only two bathrooms that require a key from the register, and parking is paid but the first two hours are reimbursed. The last, and biggest, downfall of Maude's is the prices: expect to pay around $7 after tax for a small latte. Not unusual for downtown Gainesville, but definitely a stark contrast to more budget-friendly places like Coffee Culture.

For 6 bucks you can get a delicious sushi wrap that is unlike any other food Ive ever had- very crunchy & delicious. And it honestly Tea Moment has one of the better price points for boba. Plus you can do no ice for no extra charge (which should be standard but apparently isnt at some gnv boba places). As for the service, its always amazing! Drinks always come out quick and the guy I always see (the owner?) is very welcoming. Not to mention the convenient location makes it an ideal spot to get a treat after a way-too-long chemistry lab. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot for all your boba needs!

The options here are truly endless and they have so many different toppings to choose from. If customizing your bowl is too overwhelming, they have a good selection of curated bowls too. The interior is pretty clean and the atmosphere is perfect for casual occasions. The service is amiable and efficient. They do a great job dealing with the influx of customers and handling orders quickly--without sacrificing quality or skimping on portions. Every time I've come here I have customized a bowl. I have found that is the best way to get exactly what I'm looking for. Customizing bowls doesn't include a major upcharge like most other bowl places either. I appreciate all the different proteins they have, catering to meat eater or non meat eaters. The tuna and salmon are always fresh and delicious. The selection of toppings makes it so you can genuinely try something new every visit. Pokebowl Station is an excellent spot if you are craving something healthy, quick, and affordable. The food is really fresh and has lots of flavors. They offer variety, good service, and large portions--what more could you want? I am looking forward to my next visit!
