This is a fun, relatively-new business in downtown Gainesville right near campus. I agree with reviewers who said parking can be tough, as Rush Bowl is kind of tucked away under and around the corner. Inside the place is very hip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I ordered the Bravocado bowl that comes with avocado, banana, mango, and pineapple juice. I got it topped with shredded coconut, honey, semi-sweet mini chocolate chips, granola, and graham crackers. Such a bold flavor combination with creamy, chewy, salty, and sweet flavors and textures combined. They even offered me an extra cup of granola to go when I asked for a cover for my bowl to bring home. Definitely recommend this place for people trying to find something new and flavorful.

I cannot say enough good things! This is my first time here but will be a new frequent spot for me! The bowls are totally customizable and super fun! I tried the dragon bowl without chocolate and add blueberry, strawberry and coconut! It's DELICIOUS & healthy! The site is easy to access, clean, & the service is amazing! Please support this business!

So excited to have Rush Bowls nearby! The staff was very welcoming, the atmosphere was fun and inviting, and they have great offerings. I got the Paradise bowl which has mango, pineapples, guava juice, froyo, granola, honey, and you get to add an additional toppings. I added chia seeds, strawberries, and graham crackers to my bowl which I later regretted. I think less IS more for their bowls. I wish it was a bit sweeter but it is perfect for a hot Florida day. I will be returning.

I will be the first to admit that I have never tried an Açaí bowl. My older children swear by them but I've never had a desire to order one...Until today. I tried Rush Bowls in The Standard by UF. Whoa, mind-blown! What a great idea for a healthy breakfast or post workout meal. It's like a smoothie and a froyo got together. My bowl had strawberries, pineapple, banana, guava, etc.... I watched the gentleman blend it up and then top it with honey, granola, and sliced strawberries. It was super tasty and a great breakfast for me. Speaking of the staff, they were really friendly and more than willing to answer all my questions. I will definitely be hitting this place up again!!! One note: it's on the interior of The Standard, not visible from the street. If you're walking, Great! If you're driving, though, parking can be tricky in that area.

I love that these are made fresh to order. The menu has a nice set of options for whatever you are craving. Comfortable seating with some fun games. Only downside is side is it is hard to find parking.

They offer a variety of things including curated and signature bowls/salads, açaí bowls, smoothies, wraps, and some healthier treats. Their menu is quite extensive and they truly have something for everyone. Everything is also very customizable, which I appreciate! I didn't dine, but DoorDashed it instead. This was hassle free and not too expensive. I actually recommend going this route as you could save money through deals on those delivery apps. I will say, this food is slightly more expensive. But this is due to the quality of ingredients they use. I really love that they don't use seed oils and focus on using lots of whole foods. This is evident in the flavor of the food and the way you feel after eating it! I had to order their famous chicken caesar wrap. Their chicken caesar wrap includes lemon garlic chicken breast, lemon garlic kale, parmesan cheese, avocado slices, avocado caesar dressing, wrapped in either a white, spinach, or whole wheat tortilla that is pressed on a flattop. This was phenomenal and easily one of the best wraps I've had. It was huge and packed with ample amounts of chicken. The lemon garlic chicken was not dry at all and had great flavor. The lemon garlic kale accompanied the chicken perfectly and added a nice crunch. I appreciate them using kale as I felt like it didn't get soggy and the texture was nice in the wrap. The wrap also had a decent amount of sharp Parmesan which was just heavenly. The avocado was subtle, but added a creaminess to it. Then the avocado caesar dressing really ties everything together. I could go on and on about how good this wrap was. It was so balanced and there was just the amount of each ingredient in it, perfect lunch! I ended up getting a side of their kale & shaved brussel sprout salad as well, but didn't like this as much. The salad consisted of shredded kale, shaved brussel sprouts, carrots, cranberries, and maybe a nut of some sort (there isn't a description provided on their menu of this item). I was disappointed when there wasn't a dressing or something over it to bind everything together. With that being said, it was bland and not memorable. I think this would be better in a bowl as it's intended, not as a side! Overall, I was very impressed with Vale and they have easily become my favorite place to get a wrap from in Gainesville. I love that they focus on using healthy, high quality, whole foods, and avoid things like seed oils. It is evident in the flavor of their food. This does make the prices a bit higher, but you are really paying for what you get and I think the portions are worth it. My wrap my phenomenal and one of the best chicken caesar salad wraps I've had. The wrap was absolutely packed with chicken and had the perfect ratio of chicken to dressing to filling. It was a very filling meal and could easily be two servings. I will definitely need to come back and try some of their bowls as well, they truly have endless options to customize your own bowl. If you are looking for something healthier, filling, and delicious-- check this place out, you won't regret it!

Sweet Berries is in a great location near Sweetwater and midtown. They serve a variety a breakfast/cafe and lunch foods. From acai bowls, to breakfast sandwiches, to sweet treats, they have something for everyone! They also have an extensive drink menu as well. I went there around 9am on a Sunday and it wasn't busy at all. Upon walking in you are greeted with the nicest people. The staff is so friendly, accommodating, and efficient. They do a wonderful job running the eatery and keeping it very clean. The interior is the cutest thing. Very unique with such a fun vibe about it, it would be a great place to study. I absolutely love the telephone booth and floral accents throughout the inside. It is like nothing else in Midtown! Ordering is very simple and they will serve you your food once it is ready. I ended up ordering the veggie egg bites and the eggocado toast. The food came out within 10 minutes of me ordering and it was very fresh. You can tell they use higher quality, fresh ingredients. As the avocado toast definitely used real avocado and not a prepackaged spread. The protons are great and I thought the price was very reasonable for what I was served. The eggocado toast included 2 slices of a seeded toast, topped with avocado, lemon, red pepper flakes, everything bagel seasoning, a hard boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and hot sauce. I really enjoyed this dish, as it was nice and balanced. The eggs were boiled perfectly, the avocado and tomatoes were fresh, and the hot sauce, seasonings, and arugula complimented the dish very well. It was quite filling too. Would highly recommend ordering this, it hit the spot! The veggie egg bites were also a hit. As someone who really enjoys the Starbucks red pepper egg white bites, I was very excited to try these. They certainly didn't disappoint and were better than the Starbucks ones! They were egg white frittata bites with cheese, peppers, onions, and chives. The bites were also a good portion. They were fluffy with great flavor and balance. Really great and I would also order these again. Overall, I had a lovely meal here and would most definitely return! The service is great and the prices are very reasonable. I thought the portions were just right and the flavors were on point. The eggocado toast was super yummy and the perfect way to start my day. The egg white veggie bites were also quite tasty. I cannot wait to return and try more of their menu!!

I didn't taste cookie dough. I didn't taste fudge brownie and there was no chocolate syrup. The ice cream tasted old. Like it was left open for weeks. 4 bites and I threw it out. My daughter had the wake me up and she didn't like it either. Funny taste and like the ice cream was old or left out. Trashed after 4 bites. And the place is expensive My daughter also bought some cute little cositas. But expensive too. She picked up a pack of pens and they wanted to charge us 2.99 per pen??? Almost 20$ for a pack. Um no ty We won't be back here.
