Do not do this. The second I submitted my info I started getting blown up with phone calls from 10-20 different companies. So overwhelming. And not what I need in the middle of a move setting up all my utilities etc. I'm not ignoring multiple numbers that may be able to provide a service I need just bc it's SO EXTREME. Phone representatives promised me for over a week that someone would give me a call back and I called every day looking for an update. They kept assuring me that a specialist would call me and not to worry as most of the time they can schedule at the last minute because of the size of their network. I called on my lunch today to explain why now I'm upset that I may not find a mover because of their false assurances. Instead of helping me the representative hung up on me and tone seemed very annoyed at me. I called back and my phone call was immediately dropped. I called again blocked. I called another number and got through to someone and explained what was going on and that I got hung up on and that I would like to speak to a manager. He said "he has no way to contact a manager". I honestly would stay far away from this company. I got a call from this company, maybe a a rouge manager who's bent on doing the absolute least today. I heard him breathing on the line for a few seconds before he hung up. He didn't even try to say hello. Now when I call this company my calls are automatically blocked/dropped. I would never trust someone like this with my belongings. If you say you're gonna give someone a call back do it or else how can anyone trust anything you do or say. I'm a human being. I called with respect over a week in advance and didn't get annoyed until today as I'm moving in less than 48 hrs almost. You're staff members must feel pretty crappy on the inside to treat people this badly. Clearly you don't want my business and I'm happy to take it anywhere. I honestly hope you go out of business. I attempted to request a quote to move my mothers things from Detroit to my home in Alexandria. They called me multiple times a day for three days straight. I am a teacher and unable to take calls during most of the business day and having all the missed calls was annoying but not problematic. That, sadly, was the most pleasant part of dealing with this company. I called them back and was transferred to a gentlemen who gave an extremely hard sell before I gave him my requirements and told him I was not ready to schedule anything immediately but was instead simply gathering information I would then use to make a decision with my family. He never gave me a quote but instead asked what I might think a fair rate. I shared my number and asked what he thought they might charge based on the information share. He said "no one is going to move her things for less than 2k". For reference she has one armchair, one bookshelf, one love seat and a full sized mattress. I simply told him after that, "no thanks, I don't think we will be using your service." Then, as I was attempting to say thank you and disconnect he said, "Yeah, fine, go burn your mothers stuff then." I have NEVER had anyone speak to me like that while attempting to transact business in my life! Add to this the fact that I called back to attempt to speak to a supervisor and was told that the supervisor was busy, there was no department for that, and that they could not share a supervisors name or number. This is OUTRAGEOUS and they should not be permitted to operate at all. I would not wish a call or an attempt to do business with these people to my worst enemy, or even a rabid dog. HORRIBLE - not even a moving company but a website that sells your information! I put in my contact details on their website and started to get harassed by calls ( and still am ). In the last 6 hours I have over 50 calls from all different kinds of companies. I call the number on their website and it directs me to a different random moving company and same with the number in their email. Scam!!!! I missed so many red flags. I actually went through with booking a 26-ft truck with 2 movers on 2movers.com. After getting several texts from different moving companies, I reached out to movingspecialist.us. I talked to a Russian lady named Julia who set up the appointment. On the day of the move, at the time they were supposed to arrive, I got a call from a guy asking how many boxes and what other items I have. 45-minutes later (red flag), two Russian guys (Andrew and Eddy) showed up with a 10-ft Uhaul (rented) truck (red flag) . So it took them two trips to get most of my stuff, taking an additional 30-minutes of travel time, which they added to my already signed contract. A lot of my things were left behind! Then, when I asked for their Zelle to pay them, the lead guy went in his truck and crossed out the original amount on the contract that was signed by both of us before the moving commenced and he more than doubled the original amount. (They only accepted cash or Zelle, that was the first red flag.) He refused to accept the original amount. We asked to speak to his supervisor to explain extra charges and he said he couldnt reach them. He got angry and belligerent so we called the police to help de-escalate and solve the problem. I paid him a little more than the original contract, a price I thought would be fair. They left then. This was not a real company, they did not have a company truck, they are scammers! If I could leave 0 star review or a negative star review I would the management is terrible. We got a quote for 3 movers and the big truck it would be $150/hour and the truck would cost $65. We agreed for that and then when the movers came they said the manager decided to give us a bigger truck so truck would cost $100 and we had to pay for gas which was $80. My wife called the manager and he said he Googled our place and decided he was going to give us a bigger truck because the truck we ordered wouldnt fit everything in it. We told him he had no right to do that. He should of called and discussed it with us and we would of decided if we wanted to pay more or not. While we were on the phone he actually hung up on us while we were expressing how we were upset about this. We were only moving our big things with the movers not the little things and we were moving 2 blocks away. We didnt need a bigger truck. The movers were really good. The driver was very respectful and took very good care of our belongings. We had a new mover who had trouble speaking English which is okay but he broke a couple of our things from not handling the things the right way. One of our dressers, our kitchen table and a kitchen chair. The younger mover was very efficient and was helping the newer mover telling him not to drop or drag things on ground. The movers did excellent work. Even with the few broken items. We contacted the management about the broken dresser and he is not responding back. The movers are contracted out so they are really good but the 2 movers management is really terrible I will never use this service again and hope this review will help others who are looking into them not to and find a better place to go to. read more

to get a quote it requires your phone number and email. then it says you will be either called or emailed with quotes, i called within five minutes to company and asked to only have emailed quotes and to remove my phone number. they couldnt "find it". calls have been nonstop, i dont answermof course. texts and emails all ask customer to call for quote. not a single written quote. i would never use this company or anyone affiliated with it. what a scam. read more

I put in information for free estimates. After I did this, I got spammed with emails from other moving companies in the area. The person who called me (and I'm pretty sure it was from here) kept ignoring me when I explained that all I wanted was estimates. He kept acting like I set the date for the move with them already (also, I could hear him eating potato chips over the phone, so much for professionalism!). Unbelievable! I have NEVER in my life had a worse experience!!!! I've been in management for over 25 yrs. and know how important communication is. Obviously, this company DOES NOT once they run your debit card. It's a long story, but worth the read if you want to save yourself a lot of time and money!!!!!!! On Wednesday, 04/29/20 beginning at 10:30AM I TALKED TO Emilio- I explained to him that my Daddy & my aunt had both passed away working the past week and I needed to move my mom by tomorrow afternoon. Was that doable? He assured me they could move my moms tiny, 1 br apt on the next day, gave me a quote and ran my debit card for the $250 deposit & said "that he'd call me back thisn afternoon with a time to meet him there tomorrow". After not hearing back from him or anyone else by 6:00PM, I called them and was told on 5 different occasions (ONLY because I called them because I still didn't have a pick up time), throughout a 13 hour Time Span, that "someone will call you back ASAP". Since it's now Thursday at 7:00AM, it's move day, AND I STILL hadn't gotten a call, a text and email or anything, I called again, the original salesman, Emelio, answers and tells me "hey, sorry I didn't call back YESTERDAY". I told him "I've never dealt with this type of Company and he knew I had people waiting on me to tell them a time to leave Atlanta to meet his movers in Milledgeville (2 hrs away)". He said, "so you want to cancel the move or what?" I was very upset by this point and he told me "you aren't gonna talk to me like that". I got even more upset and told him "all I asked for was a little courtesy & communication and a time estimate so we would make sure we were there to meet them!" He said, "fine, we'll leave in 15 minutes". I really got upset then because as I've repeatedly said, I'm COMIIMG FROM ATLANTA I cannot be there in fifteen minutes. He hollered, I'm coming from Smyrna. "I said "Wow!!! Why didn't you say that to start with? When I googled this business it said their address was a Milledgeville address". He then asked, "ok so what time do you want them there?" I said "I was told by Lauren, in the call center last night, during one of my 4 calls that "I" had to make, that "I would be the afternoon move which was usually anywhere from 1:00 - 4:00. That is what Time I have now told everyone else involved in this move To be there". He hung up on me as I was telling him this. I called him back and as soon as I said my name, he said, "your move is cancelled". When I asked about my $250 deposit, he said "I already did your refund". And then went on to tell me "that he did me a favor by scheduling my move at the last minute because they stay booked up with moves for two months in advance and he fit me in". NONE of that was EVER mentioned to me when he was assuring me he could do the move almost 24 hrs. Earlier AND COLLECTING the $250. Needless to say I'm now stuck with finding people to help me move my mom out of her apartment by this afternoon because it is the last day of the month. I'm sorry we didn't plan on my daddy passing away last Sunday, Emilio and us having to move or I would've called two months in advance as well. Do not use this company. When I called, some racist idiot named Martina said she was surprised that I spelled Jennifer "normally" because my last name is so ethnic. Really, I have one of the most common last names in the latinx community, which is the new majority minority - educate yourself moron. The company they outsourced to called to cancel their movers after they were two and a half hours late for a three hour job. They later called me to reschedule for the next day. I booked other movers for three days later, and said let me try them out and see how it goes... They came on time, but said they did not want to move me because I live in a walk-up, and they just finished another job and was really tired. No one called me to apologize. They refused to let me speak with a manager, refused to give me a number to their corporate office and hung up on me 3x because I asked for this info. If it is this hard to contact a manager for a simple complaint I can't imagine how hard it would be to complain about personal items being broken or damaged! BEWARE!! I am not a reviewer but this negative review is much deserved. First of all, this company goes by numerous names (Two Movers, Miller Relocating Services, Moving Services Birmingham and probably more). Anyway, I made arrangements with the owner Matt Taylor to pick up a washer and dryer from Denver and deliver to San Diego. Matt had his brother Jeremy Taylor in charge of the pick up. To make a long story short, Jeremy neglected to properly strap down the machines or wrap the machines with blankets etc and the washing machines and dryer bounced around like pinballs. I don't know whether the machines flipped over because Jeremy appears to have quit on the route and another driver named Patrick needed to come pick up the truck and finish the delivery. It's been 1 week since the machines were delivered and Matt Taylor and his company have neglected to make any effort to resolve the issue. I've sent texts, emails and left numerous voice messages. Very unprofessional and they lack any sense of customer service. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE!! I am sure the company will try to respond to this email stating they are sorry and making every effort to fix our machines (like other negative reviews) but don't believe them unless I remove this review. I of course will be happy to adjust the review if I find that they have made all efforts to reimburse me for the repairs. Thankfully, I decided not to pay them the $250 they had quoted at the time of the delivery or I would be out even more from repairs. read more

The most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered. I simply asked to not be bombarded with calls and to be removed from their list since all I wanted was one simple online quote. I was harassed by one of their companies and prank called. He actually left a voice-mail...not smart! They all sound drunk or high and get mad when you ask for them to stop calling or remove your information. What a total joke!!!!! Trusted with valuables??? Great moving trucks??? Showed up 9 hrs late. Forgot supplies: I had to go to Lowes and Home Depot. 2Hrs!!!!! He didnt know what wardrobe boxes were. Didn't mark any boxes, said I had too much stuff!! I sent pictures of my belongings, many text messages to Matt, weeks in advance-told him a 26' truck was not big enough. He always said no problem, all would fit! Showed up in a rented Penske truck-- not big enough. 3/4 of the way thru said he was 2,500 lbs over and could come back for the rest in 3 weeks. Ended up overloading with my belongings bubble wrapped to the end driving 2,300 miles and said "I hope it doesn't rain. Charged me $900 more than my quote and made me pay upfront before he would drive his truck away. His movers packed stuff in storage we said we needed out. Very heavy boxes on top of the ones I packed marked"VERY FRAGILE". They are being crushed in storage and we can't move them. Furniture piled on top of furniture. Many items not wrapped. They, Matt, are clueless about valuable, precious articles and antiques. Some boxes already rattle with broken glass. Will open them tonight. If anyone needs more info, contact me here!!!!!!!!
