The amount of cleaning that was completed was much less than 6 hours worth of cleaning and the areas that were cleaned were not completely cleaned. In a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home, 2 bathrooms were partially cleaned and floors on one of two levels were partially done. Kitchen wasn't touched. Nothing was completely cleaned - my teenagers can clean better and that's saying something. I honestly don't know what she did for 5.5hrs After the poor cleaning, I contacted Homeglow for a refund only to find the company leaves all refund decisions in the hands of the cleaner to accept or deny. This resolution process is completely biased in favor of the cleaner leaving the customer out to dry. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SCAM!!!!
