A great rustic place along the lake with a great view. I didn't order the food because they have one thing and I don't eat meat. Fail. So I just helped myself to the AWESOME popcorn machine, over and over, and over again. I might put them out of business on how much popcorn I eat, or drop on the floor by accident - who knows! We came here for the 4th on a tour up the Eastside of the lake. Parking has two levels, which is great because this place fills up. Inside is small with the bar, a few high top tables, and some darts. Two dart boards, only one set of darts [sadface]. You also don't have to buy only their beers, they provide other beers in bottle - I tried the new Rootbeer beer, it's not that bad to tell you the truth. The guys ordered the IPAs and said they were pretty good so I am going to believe them and say it is because they are beer snobs. I don't think they do flights, only pints so if that's what you're looking for I don't know if they do it! But don't quote me on that. Great view. Lots of picnic tables outside and you can stand around if there isn't anything left. For how busy it is, I think they need more room! But that's a good thing. We will probably stop by again for a beer and to hang out and eat more popcorn. I wish they had more snacks but I'm just a tiny fat kid who likes to eat! read more

Very nice IPA. It was the New England Style. I have been to over 300 breweries and this was among the best. Two Goats has a deck that looks over vineyards and down to the lake. The day I was there had a beautiful sky of mixed sun, dark clouds, and a bit of wind. They were playing some jam music like Phish or the Grateful Dead. The farm next door had one of those really tall human like figures that blows around in the wind. Drinking that beer, looking at the view, listening to those jam tunes and watching that figure pop up and down put me in to a relaxed mood like I have not felt for a long time. Would definitely recommend for your next trip to the Finger Lakes, especially if you need to take a break from all the wine drinking. We went on a Friday night and it was pretty busy. It is a small space so there wasn't a lot of room to sit (or really even stand). That is probably my only issue. There is quite a long beer list so there is definitely something for everyone. I would put this on the list to visit especially if you enjoy a good brew! read more

We are locals and stopped for a beer today after a visit to Corning. My husband has been here quite a few times to hang out with friends. But this was my first time. Just the breathtaking view as one gets to the brewery is amazing with the views of the lake, the vineyards, the blazing trees combined with the packed porch promised a lot. And the IPA delivered. It is a wonderful, friendly, "everyone is part of this neighborhood" establishment that reaches out to tourist and locals. Do not expect lots in the way of food. Their menu lists roast beef sandwiches as the food they offer--and those localvores who I respect and love salivate happily when chatting about these sandwiches. My brother and I stopped and had sandwiches/beers in the late afternoon with our parents and we all really enjoyed ourselves. My father had the Kolsch and my brother and I had the Cream Ale and the sandwiches were fantastic!! Simple is the solution sometimes and that is certainly the situation at this place. The roast beef and horseradish spread was perfect served on the Kimmewich roll and with some extra spice horseradish on the side it gave it that extra zip to pair nicely with the crunchy chips and beer. The service was very friendly and efficient via the outdoor counter and there is seating outside with a nice view of the lake as well. I hope to make it back for more sandwiches and to try a different beer before we leave. read more

Relatively small bar compared to other nearby wineries and breweries. But it has a cool vibe and really nice outside deck with views. Come find out about the dollars on the ceiling. Plus: they offer white claw! I was a bit tired of trying so many things all day along our travels and glad to sip on something I was used to. Did not eat. The hefeweisen was delicious. Smooth, rich, but with a crisp finish. The cream ale was sweet, malty, and toasty ... again, a clean finish. The bitter wyckd-x IPA has a nice hoppy hit, but not overwhelming. Clear and nicely bittered. The view from the deck is awesome! It was our first trip to the Finger Lakes and we wanted to stop for a drink before arriving at our B&B, and we're so glad we did! The views were breathtaking seeing the cloud shadows roll across the lake and the puppies hanging out on the deck were a plus. Not to mention the popcorn machine for a free snack, can't beat that with some good beer and views! I had the Goat Master Pale Ale which felt a little creamy, but it had an overall good taste. I wanted to try the Goatgasm, which was mixed with an IPA but they were all out. My wife had the NE IPA which we both agreed was very well done. After the weekend, we both agreed it was our favorite brewery of the trip. Good beers, great view and cool atmosphere. Who doesn't love a dollar lined ceiling?! read more

A great place for a drink in the finger lakes and a nice change of pace from all of the wineries around there. It's very laid back with a back deck that offers a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding area. It appears to be a place that locals frequent and I'd recommend just grabbing one of their beers and heading to the deck for a good seat rather than trying a flight or staying inside. Great beer for sure. I come here once a year drive about 4 hrs to Watkins Glen for the race and make it a point to stop by here every time I visit. They only serve one sandwich which is amazing! The beer is always good and the view out back is the perfect setting. read more

As someone that's been to many breweries and brews their own beer, this place was kind of a let down. The good: the view is AMAZING, hands down the best place to sit back and have a tasty brew. Also neat decor and free pop corn to snack on. The bad: At best the beer was bland, at worst the beer was uncreative and repetitive - how many variations to brown and red ales do you need on tap?! I'm not asking for anything crazy here, but a stout, lager, Belgian or hefe would be nice. The ugly: the bathrooms were pretty gross, the band wasn't that good, the clientele was mainly 30 something hippy types (not that there's anything wrong with that), but all of that could be forgiven if the beer was as good as the reviews on here made it seem to be... which it wasn't. read more

A great little joint with really good beer! It was hot on Saturday when we visited, damn hot! the place isn't air conditioned and it was steamy. Still, we enjoyed our time there. The beer was excellent and the atmosphere is really fun. They have very limited (as in one dish) food available along with popcorn so don't come here expecting a big meal. My only complaint is that they are a small brewery and have very limited distribution at present :-( Would love to have their beer on a regular basis :-) read more

Came here on a September Saturday around 6pm, after researching the breweries in the area on beeradvocate.com. The place was packed inside and outside. I suppose a lot of people were here to enjoy the sunset on the lake while sipping on a beer and snacking on the free popcorn. Despite it being packed, I managed to get the bartender's attention relatively easily. Not knowing anything about their beers, I asked if their "XIPA" was a double IPA and she said no, but it turns out that it was. No matter, I ordered it anyway, and it was delicious. My wife ordered a glass of Champagne. We shared a picnic table with some strangers on back deck facing the lake. It was a beautiful view of the lake and the deck was packed with people mingling, and at varying degrees of drunkenness. It was quite the atmosphere. I have to say it was quite enjoyable. This place is chill and filled with cool people. Add in the great beer and view of the lake and you have a winner here. read more

Beers are all good. Skip the beef on week. Too little meat for the price. But beers are good! Another downside during the current pandemic. and I understand we can thank Gov. Cuomo, but first beer must be purchased with food. Only food, beef on week and a hummus bowl with about 2Tbs of hummus and a few crostini. My wife and I stopped in during a trip to Watkins Glen. She had a pint of the Cream Ale (which I helped her finish) and I had the IPA. Each were $4. The IPA is quite good, I preferred it to the Cream Ale. One thing that no other reviewer mentioned is the dollar bills stuck on the ceiling. I asked the bartender and apparently people take dollar bills, attach a half-dollar coin to it and a tack and then whip it at the vaulted barn-like ceiling and some of them stick (it's quite a challenge). The bartender said it was the owner's retirement fund. I think he'll be working for a few more years yet -- there couldn't be more than $200 up there. I can't really add too much else to what's been said already, but the bathrooms are quite nice, much nicer than you'd expect at a bar. Rustic, exposed chrome pipes, old-fashioned four-prong faucets on the facilities. And extremely clean to boot. ;) read more

Awesome little brewery on Seneca Lake with spectacular views from high up on a hill. The interior is really cozy with big wood beams and lots of extra seating out on the patio. This place must be pretty new because they were just brewing the very first batch of beer yesterday when we visited and it smelled so good outside (if you like that smell). They had a great micro brew selection and a pretty knowledgeable bartender that had good suggestions and offered tastings. Currently knocked up, I'm unable to drink any beer (insert soft sob here) but this place had a great little non alcoholic section with funky lemonade and a couple presses that sounded so good. It was beastly hot yesterday so we only stayed for a couple of beers but they had some fans bringing in the lake breeze and it was tolerable. This region can't handle this kinda heat! Oh and the popcorn machine is always a welcome plus in any bar. yum. read more

I give them 4 stars because the beer was really good. Every style nailed it dead nuts on, just as you would expect the style to taste like. They stay well within the style boundaries. It's ran differently from the typical breweries as they do not do tastings. I did however get a sample of every style I was interested in. I ended up going home with 2 growlers, the pale ale and the IPA. I did not eat there not did I see the menu. read more

We went to this place when starting our beer tour around Seneca Lake. They make five of their own beers and also sell a good deal of other good craft beer. This place is a bar. We did not realize it was a bar when we went here. Being used to the wine tour around the lake we were expecting something along the other winery lines but were surprised to find this was nothing like that. It seems to be a great spot for locals to hang out, listen to some live music, play some darts and have a beer. The view off of their deck is spectacular as it overlooks the lake. They don't do tastings like all of the other places around there. They feel that tastings are a waste of time and will give you a free sample of something before they sell you a pint to drink on the deck. They make some killer beer here! The Hefeweizen was exceptional as was their cream ale. The folks working the bar really know beer and can talk beer to any level of connoisseur/drinker. They don't bottle their beer and have no intention of growing to a point so that they can distribute their beer. If you want some you have to go there and have a pint or buy a growler, which they do sell. It's kind of tucked away on the side of the road so it's quite easy to drive by initially. Their sign is small although they do put a huge sign out front that says "BEER". It's worth a stop to have a pint but if you plan on doing a lot of wine or beer tasting that day it's probably best to skip it until the end of your tour or for another day. read more
