I'm pretty sure i spend way too much money here but that's ok, because the staff is so helpful, the place keeps everything i need in stock, they have other stores so they'll get you your size or what you need rather quickly if this place is out of it, they needed one in Wheaton, i'm so happy it's so much closer now...vs...Naperville! I've been to the Two Bostons on 75th in Naperville before and had great experiences, so was glad to see one move into Wheaton. It is a similar situation - healthy and high quality pet products for dogs and cats. Smaller selection of cat products, like most pet food/supply stores. The staff is super helpful and friendly, they are always quick to greet and offer help. The store is clean and well-laid out. Because it is a smaller store, it can be tricky to get the products you want or need (or have enough in stock), especially on the cat side of things. But they are always happy to order or get from another store if they can. That's really the only reason for -1 star - I'm a cat owner and can't get all of the high quality products that I'd like from there, but have ordered a couple of times without issue and they've called within a week to pick it up from the store. read more

(As much as I love downtown Naperville, I don't always want to deal with the limited parking just to pick up dog treats.) This location is just as great as the others! I have shopped at both of the stores in Naperville and the one in Wheaton. Everyone that works for the stores is always very friendly and helpful. I have always explained that I have a very picky dog and they are great about that! One winter day it was snowing and the lady helping me even took my bag out to the car. While I typically love going to two Boston's I find the shoving of products to be unnecessary and rude. I have a bulldog that is on a very strict diet, I know what works and what doesn't. Me buying a expensive chew or trying out a raw diet, isn't worth having to go to the bulldog specialist. So if I kindly say I'm not interested, don't do it three to four times after. It's taken me three different types of food for me to get her healthy, she by no means is on a cheap diet, zignature at 60 to 70 dollars a bag. Please do your customer service just don't shove products and learn to listen to the customer, know when to let people be. read more

Employees are very condescending. Not everyone wants to feed their dog raw. Not every dog will eat raw!! The store is WAY overpriced!! Educate yourself and do some research, other places sell the same stuff for a third the price. Not all the stuff they sell is 100% safe. read more

A few weeks ago my dogs were in need of some treats. I was glad to see their usual brand of treats were 20% off so I grabbed two bags. The total was higher than I anticipated so I figured the cashier must have forgotten to apply the 20% off. When I checked my receipt I discovered that they did apply the 20% discount, however, they are charging $3 more per bag than the other store I typically get their food at charges. I'm not sure if they intentionally marked them up in order to advertise "20% off" and lead people to think they were getting a deal or if they always inflate their prices like this, but either way I won't be returning. read more

We use to shop exclusively at this store. We believed in their honesty, knowledge, and recommendations. While we had some problems with products that didn't last as long as we had been led to expect, we still thought we were getting reliable service. That was until I attempted to return a product they told me had a lifetime warranty. The sales associate said, "just bring it back if your dog tears the product." After only 6 months, our dog did just that. When I brought the product in, with the receipt and original tag, they told me the sales person was incorrect, and they would not honor their statement. We had paid extra for this toy only because the associate told us it had a lifetime warranty. Don't believe anything from them if it isn't in writing. This store attempts to be "high-end," but both their products and service fall incredibly short. Spend your money elsewhere. This is not a reputable company! read more
