They could also confirm by looking up via phone number connected to the PetSmart membership. I was told by manager Amy Gunderman that I had to make the return back at the original purchase store....odd. I have returned exchange-purchased items at different locations in the past, as a matter of fact, within the last 2 weeks, so why would no other store not have this issue or problem... oh, got poor customer service. They can't even uphold their own corporate policy. I won't be visiting this Location ever again.

I use their curbside pickup because of a back injury; the girl tells me she can't lift them to put them in my car behind the drivers seat, through the window. So, I get out to help, saying that I can't lift them out of the basket but if she helps with that I can put them into the car. She lifts them out of the basket one by one, and THREW the bag at me, which startled me, but I quickly put it into the car, luckily fast, because she threw the other bag at me as well. If you're having a bad day, you shouldn't be in a customer facing role! And now my back is sore and I have a Dr's appointment to evaluate it.

This place is very close knit, not only with employees but with the "neighbors" as well! I love all of the familiar faces that stop by to shop. I've even gotten close with some of my regular clients. They trust me to take care of their baby and there's no better feeling. This place is a great pet store in general because it's easy to navigate. Always well organized, and they price match! We have a low cost vaccination clinic that comes in monthly. And I think it's a great asset for the community. There's also a self service dog wash that is nice for those quick baths or muddy puppies. Plus, we clean the mess! It's very affordable with $10 a wash! Or you can pre pay washes on a punch card and it's cheaper! Management here is phenomenal, I've worked in some pretty terrible situations with poor management in the past. They are not only kind and understanding, but they listen. They are always willing to go above and beyond for our "neighbors" too. And that warms my heart. Making a customers day is the honestly the best part of my job. Whether it's when they pick up their dog from grooming and they are overjoyed by how cute they are, or assisting one with a product, question, information, and they are so grateful for the knowledge we provided. I, along with fellow coworkers are always reading and learning more about animals. Especially dogs! We love to help out everyone with nutritional advice, grooming, training, even guide them in the right direction to veterinary care, whether it's a local clinic we all use and trust or our low-cost that comes in. This place really has it all. For all price points, level of knowledge and more! I've never been in a more understanding, nonjudgmental, caring work place. Today, I went in at 9:30 am to wash my dog and I asked the crew member if the stalls were clean to which she replied that they are cleaned every morning and night. When I got back there, 4 out of 6 drains were dirty with hair. How can 4 drains be dirty when you've only been open for half an hour? I know that this is a busy store but you need to clean more often. I don't want free washes, I want a clean place to give my dog a bath. Do better.

I was waiting for my dog to finish at the grooming salon and I witnessed a worker at the Doggie Day Camp spraying dogs in the face with a water bottle for NO REASON. When he noticed me watching, he hid the bottle, which added to my suspicion. It's sad that pet parents entrust them with their pets and pay big money for services and this is how they behave. I just want other pet parents to be aware.

When I brought him back for help she acted as if this was no big deal and it was the pavements fault, then it was my fault because they try to get the nails as short as possible for us! I had to ask for an apology. She showed no sympathy to my dog at all when she repaired his nail. Now we are home and one of his back nails is bleeding! Absolutely the worst experience. This woman has no business dealing with animals at all! Also his hair is completely chopped up, ears are uneven. Just terrible.

After the sheriff talked to the manager, my wife wasn't allowed to go into the Purrfect Fur Salon, and advised my wife to take them to civil court. What a nightmare, this is the worst experience in a pet salon.
