I have a 6 month old miniature dachshund. I brought him here to get groomed for the first time today. The service I scheduled was for a bath, ear cleaning, nail trim, and tooth brushing. When I returned 2 HOURS later (that's when I was called to say he was finished) the groomer told me she couldn't brush his teeth, couldn't clean his ears, and couldn't dry him off after his bath. Not to mention, we have and use the same puppy shampoo as them and our puppy just smells like a wet dog. but don't worry! she COULD cut my puppy's nails all the way down to the paw leaving him bleeding, and cracked his other nails in half. He is limping around and wincing now as he walks. This seriously looks like someone who has never groomed a dog a day in their life woke up this morning and decided to fuck around with nail trimmers. If you love your pet, don't make the same mistake I did by bringing them here to be groomed. So angry.

Guinea Pig in a horribly small/cluttered habitat

Pet supplies plus has been my go to for dog food and supplies for the last 5 years. The staff have been wonderful and appear to be extremely knowledgeable on animal care and food suggestions. However, I recently have become aware of the neglectful habitats they have for their reptiles and guinea pigs. I find the setup to be incredibly abusive. I have voiced my concerns to staff and there does not appear to have been appropriate action taken for the animals. Pet Supplies Plus owner, please give these reptiles and guinea pigs appropriate care while they wait to find their forever homes. Leopard geckos need 3 hides: warm, moist, and cold. There seems to be only one hide in your reptile tanks.

We just took our Boxer/ Pitbull in for grooming and we are more than happy! We were anxious at first as our pup is muzzled at the vet due to anxiety (he warns staff, he isn't a fan of strangers in his face!) but he came home looking fresh and so happy after his appointment! Thank you Brittany (and other staff, not sure of names) for your awesome work! We will be back!

I'm just going to let the photos speak for themselves. Had an appt, they had to I guess cancel (idk…read morebecause I never heard back); made another appt, got the confirmations again, they never showed up today. I left a voicemail but never heard back. If you didn't want the business there's better ways than to just ghost customers. ‍ We wouldn't have taken it personally. It's the ghosting that's an issue. Seems like it's a common issue across the mobile pet grooming industry anymore. Extremely disappointed. For what it's worth, we were very pleased with their first two grooming sessions.

Not a Maltese cut!…read more Before booking, I asked multiple times for a groomer experienced with Maltese and a specific Maltese cut. I was told: "I've done plenty Maltese I've been grooming for 9 years." The first photo shows Baylin in her full coat before grooming. The others are Baylin the day she was groomed and weeks later, showing how poorly the cut growing out. I requested a proper Maltese shape, trimmed right off the floor with no straight lines. Baylin is only 3-4 pounds, so experience matters. The result was not a Maltese cut. I contacted the owner weeks later to give feedback only, not to request a refund. The responses were: * "You had no complaints when there this is days after the groom" * "Request the other groomer or go else where" * "Beth would be more then happy to service you" * "And I assume that's the day of your groom correct ?" * "Days after to complain makes 0 sense beth would be more then happy to service you eliza is no longer here." After that, communication stopped. This service cost $120 +$40 travel fee (not including tip). Posting for transparency.

I'm not sure what has changed with this business, but our recent experiences have been…read moredisappointing. We initially believed we had found an ideal groomer because this facility promotes dog interaction, similar to a puppy daycare environment. Socialization was important to us, and during our first two visits everything seemed excellent. We were able to see our dog playing and interacting with other dogs on the live cameras, and he appeared to be having a great time. However, during later visits, we noticed a significant change. Our dog appeared to be kept in a crate from the time he arrived until pickup. We raised this concern with the owner, who assured us this would not happen again. Based on that reassurance, we decided to give the business another opportunity. Unfortunately, during the following visit we experienced the same issue. Our dog was not visible on the cameras and appeared to have been crated again. When we addressed this, we were told it was due to a miscommunication among staff members. We were again reassured that the issue had been resolved and would not occur in the future. Today, after not seeing our dog on the cameras for approximately two and a half hours, my husband called the facility to check on him. The staff member who answered the phone was dismissive and did not allow my husband to fully explain the situation. We referenced our previous conversations with Chris, the owner, who had assured us this would not continue to happen. The staff member responded that Chris was not present and stated that she needed to check in all dogs before allowing ours to be cage-free. At that point, our dog had already been there for two and a half hours, which raised further concerns for us. Due to the circumstances and the manner in which the call was handled, my husband informed them that he would be coming to pick up our dog immediately, as we were not comfortable paying for services where he remained crated the entire time. When my husband arrived, our dog was simply brought out and released to him. There was no explanation, acknowledgment, or apology offered. Based on our experience, I encourage other pet owners to ask questions and ensure they fully understand how their pets will be cared for during their stay.
