    I normally do not like to give bad reviews, and this is ONLY on the Grooming . I had brought my pup in for a comb out, nail trim , and a hair trim . Told the groomer I liked her beard long, her tail Long, her ears long . And overall like her long! Thinned it out . Well when I came to pick her up I couldn't believe my eyes! I was in shock! I said nothing ! Tipped her and shouldn't have! Ugh she DID NOT LISTEN TO ME! She at least took 3 inches off ! It's choppy! Short! There are long pieces that never got cut! looks like a totally different dog! I have a Yorkshire Terrier ....

    Best place ever for all your cat& dog needs from treats food grooming and that personal touch of a small business Patti the groomer is simply Ahhhmazing my lil Lola was always afraid of getting groomed until we came here now she loves & looks forward to her spa days It's priceless finding a place that really cares my 15 year old cat was very sick until I started feeding her the high quality food and now she's happier and much healthier all thanks to the people here

    Great place, people are wonderful! We buy our Fromm and treats there, prices are always competitive and they have a frequent buyer program for my food. The groomers always do a great job on my mother-in-law's Bichon.

    Where do I begin?! And WHY did I have to leave a star even. Oh, that's for the groomer ONLY!! First off I will start off by saying, I will never return to this grooming establishment . My two little dogs I have been taking there "together" for the last 3/4 years. When I went there today, after scheduling an appointment 2 weeks prior. As I approach the desk, mask on, and with my 12 pound dog on a leash. And my 2 pound dog in my arms. There were two older women behind the front desk. And the owner, a rather tall redhead... Extremely abrasive; approached me. First she came up to me and told me that I had to stop because of Covid, turn around and put my dog in the cage at the very front of the store. Not being in there since this past Christmas. I wasn't aware. Because last time I checked, Covid happened in March, and no-one told me to do that then. Secondly, they could only find the card with the dog that I brought in on the leash, her information. The other two ladies were frantically looking for the card on the dog that was actually going to be initially groomed, who was 2 pounds. Did I mention that the 12 pound dog was only coming in for a nail trim. The redhead, OWNER , basically told me that I needed to lock up my dog upfront. Before I could address my check-in appointment. Then she proceeded to tell me over and over that my dog had not been there since 2019. Hence, she could not find the right card for the animal that was being groomed. She argued with me about this. Come to find out, both cards, for both dogs were stapled together. If she had her information in front of prior to the appointment, I don't think we would've had this issue. Talk about a disorganized mess she is. And then when the one older woman behind the desk actually found it stapled to the other card, I mentioned it to the owner on the way out. Of course she gave me a snippy come back. Very unprofessional. I'm surprised she's made it this far in life as a business owner. And from all of the other Yelp reviews, she sounds like a real charmer. But wait, it gets even better. So , my little dog, the two pounder that was going in for grooming. Was diagnosed seven months ago with kidney disease. She also had a horrific mouth infection that went throughout her whole body and almost killed her. With a wonderful vet, great medicine, hand fed her for two months, and lots of vitamins and love. My 2 pound dog bounced back. She was 6 pounds before she got sick. She's a tiny breed. The two older women behind the desk proceeded to tell me how sickly she looked. And that she pretty much looked Malnutrition and "boney". She's 14 years old. She's been through a lot. But she made it. She's Is not in any pain, playful, drinking and eating and thriving. I almost felt like they were interrogating me, and had DCFS for dogs on speed dial. I have never been treated so poorly. Not only did the owner, the very tall redhead be snippy with me, talk down to me and pretty much made me feel like I don't know how to take care of MY animals. But so did her staff. (Unless the two older women were so upset with the way the redhead treats them as well) But there was absolutely NO reason for all 3 of them to take their miserable life out on ME! I don't know this redheads name, and I don't want to know her name. But, from all of the other reviews it sounds like I said above, that she is the owner!!! Scary, right? So on that note... With the lack of all of the unprofessionalism that happened within a 20 minute time frame. I will NEVER return to that grooming facility. If anyone should be "groomed", it should be that staff ....and the owner. Groomed on how to treat other people. Groomed on proper etiquette. Groomed on how to be compassionate and caring. I'm enclosing a photo of my dog, the one that they think was at deaths door... And at one time she was. But she's also a senior dog. And you know what... One day they're going to get old-er. Heck, two of them already were. There's enough hate in this world, why add more to it ladies. I hope you read this review and check yourself. If I worked for a woman like that, that made me that miserable, that I had to take it out on other people and their pets. I think I would either hang it up, or look for a new profession. All I can say is, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE!!!!!They don't care about you or your pet, they care about how much crap they can sell you. And they also are about themselves. Self-centered people like that will never prosper. It's a matter of time before those doors are closed permanently. I have nothing else to say. Karma ladies. The bus will show up.

If you didn't want the business there's better ways than to just ghost customers. ‍ We wouldn't have taken it personally. It's the ghosting that's an issue. Seems like it's a common issue across the mobile pet grooming industry anymore. Extremely disappointed. For what it's worth, we were very pleased with their first two grooming sessions.

    Not a Maltese cut!…read more Before booking, I asked multiple times for a groomer experienced with Maltese and a specific Maltese cut. I was told: "I've done plenty Maltese I've been grooming for 9 years." The first photo shows Baylin in her full coat before grooming. The others are Baylin the day she was groomed and weeks later, showing how poorly the cut growing out. I requested a proper Maltese shape, trimmed right off the floor with no straight lines. Baylin is only 3-4 pounds, so experience matters. The result was not a Maltese cut. I contacted the owner weeks later to give feedback only, not to request a refund. The responses were: * "You had no complaints when there this is days after the groom" * "Request the other groomer or go else where" * "Beth would be more then happy to service you" * "And I assume that's the day of your groom correct ?" * "Days after to complain makes 0 sense beth would be more then happy to service you eliza is no longer here." After that, communication stopped. This service cost $120 +$40 travel fee (not including tip). Posting for transparency.

We initially believed we had found an ideal groomer because this facility promotes dog interaction, similar to a puppy daycare environment. Socialization was important to us, and during our first two visits everything seemed excellent. We were able to see our dog playing and interacting with other dogs on the live cameras, and he appeared to be having a great time. However, during later visits, we noticed a significant change. Our dog appeared to be kept in a crate from the time he arrived until pickup. We raised this concern with the owner, who assured us this would not happen again. Based on that reassurance, we decided to give the business another opportunity. Unfortunately, during the following visit we experienced the same issue. Our dog was not visible on the cameras and appeared to have been crated again. When we addressed this, we were told it was due to a miscommunication among staff members. We were again reassured that the issue had been resolved and would not occur in the future. Today, after not seeing our dog on the cameras for approximately two and a half hours, my husband called the facility to check on him. The staff member who answered the phone was dismissive and did not allow my husband to fully explain the situation. We referenced our previous conversations with Chris, the owner, who had assured us this would not continue to happen. The staff member responded that Chris was not present and stated that she needed to check in all dogs before allowing ours to be cage-free. At that point, our dog had already been there for two and a half hours, which raised further concerns for us. Due to the circumstances and the manner in which the call was handled, my husband informed them that he would be coming to pick up our dog immediately, as we were not comfortable paying for services where he remained crated the entire time. When my husband arrived, our dog was simply brought out and released to him. There was no explanation, acknowledgment, or apology offered. Based on our experience, I encourage other pet owners to ask questions and ensure they fully understand how their pets will be cared for during their stay.
