Brody is back to his old self! Thank you for accommodating us in such short notice. Great job! Sad that they'll be closing their doors next month just as we've found them. read more

This place was recommended to me by a person we met at a dog park. Luckily it's nearby which makes it convenient. I scheduled an appointment that was booked over a month out but one early morning, the owner texted me saying they had an opening that morning so I was able to get my dog in to get a cut that day. My dog gets nippy during bath time so I warned them and they requested I bring a muzzle. The muzzle I got wasn't the right fit so they ended up using one of theirs. I'm so glad to have found a place that does a good job and most of all accepts my dog. The owner said that they're used to dealing with the difficult ones. I highly recommend this dog spa. read more

We brought our new Wheaton Terrier in for a grooming and the ladies could not have been more welcoming and friendly. They asked about our dog Rosie and what we expected in a grooming. 3 hours later we got the call that she was ready. She looks amazing and the price was what we expected. We will be making a regular schedule for her and look forward to bringing our princess back for wash/comb and grooming !! read more

Been bringing my dog here for a few years. My dogs appointment was at 9am. I started calling at 2pm to see if she was finish. No answer. I left a voicemail. Never got a call back. Go up to the facility at 5pm. The place is close. I'm calling the business number. No answer. I started reaching out through facebook. I finally get a call back. They thought all the dogs were gone. The owner meets me at the facility. Started opening the doors to the rooms. My dog is in the cage in a dark room. This could've turned out really bad. I can't trust them with my dog anymore. And then had the nerve to say sorry & I'm going to charge you half price! It should've been free of charge, after your staff basically abandoned my dog. Your staff didn't call & closed the facility with my dog in there. Be careful with this place. I'm still in disbelief. read more

They called me back the next day and got my pup in that morning. My JRT puppy was happy when I picked him up. He was super soft and smelt great! Definitely recommend them! read more

Wonderful small-owned business that really cares about the animals. One groomer there is the reason for the poor reviews, one groomer that deserves them, but has been let go by the shop. The bathers are dedicated and in love with the dogs, the groomers are talented and attentive to dogs' needs. I take my 3 dogs here every time they need a haircut and they always come back spritely, happy, lovely, and of course smelling nice. The cat injury pictured is a tragedy that deserves outrage, but this small business is not represented by an incompetent groomer who was fired by the owner. read more

Took my dog to Pikaso pet spa Can't say enough positive!!! Professional, friendly , excellent cut Definitely bringing Parker back here read more

NEVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE GROOMERS! We brought our cat here and the groomer snipped off the tip of her ear. The groomer informed me by leaving a voicemail "your cat is ready to picked up, and I also wanted to let you know I cut off a chunk of his ear". So insensitive and nonchalant about it. If I could post the audio, I would! We have the voicemail and an apology text instructing to book with a different groomer if we come back (which we will not). There is a photo attached of the poor baby's ear missing. We are so upset!!!!! read more

I'm super picky about my dog's grooming. This team does a great job at cuts. My dog is a Shi-Zhu/Bichon mix with wavy soft hair. Every time I get her groomed here she always comes out looking fabulous. When we arrive, she gets happy and seems perfectly fine when I pass her over to the groomers. I'm a regular customer and I get my dog groomed about every other month. read more

Took our Pom to get a teddy bear cut at Pikaso! Donna was very friendly and great with our little girl! She did a great job on her, keeping our requests in mind! She was efficient and reasonable! We have 3 dogs with different needs. Donna and her staff is wonderful with all of our pups! She is reasonably priced too.

they cut off our cat's ear, it was terrible experience, stay away from this business!!

We just moved to the area from out of state a few weeks ago and my dogs were in bad shape. Donna got me in right away and took care of my babies. My dogs are clean and beautiful, especially my Scottie, whose face can be hard to cut--my last groomer out of state hacked up her bearded face but now she's looks sleek and handsome. read more

My dog was deathly afraid of going to the groomer. Picking him up he is happy, stress free and a bundle of energy. And he looks adorable. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back. read more

I have tried a number of groomers in the area, and this one is my favorite. The owner always manages to fit my dog in, even on fairly short notice. She returns phone calls promptly, and most importantly, my dog always loves going to Pikaso Pet Spa and looks great when I pick him up. What more could I ask for? Thanks Pikaso Pet Spa! read more

Donna was amazing with our nervous Shih Tzu. She took her time to make him comfortable and did a great job grooming him. This is our third time bringing him and she's always very professional. The place is very clean and inviting. Also parking is very convenient, which is a plus! Come visit this place Facebook friends! =) read more

Took our Golden Retriever in for a spa day and Donna was very nice to our girl. We got the classic golden trim and she looked great. Donna also knew that our girl didn't like a cage so when we went to get her she was comfortable resting on the floor tied to a hook. Thanks for taking care of our girl read more

Very good groomer. This is my 5th and hopefully final groomer, she listens she doesn't rush. She isn't pushy. I don't feel like everything I'm asking her to do ridiculous or that she's heard it all before and doesn't need to listen to me. This groomer IS NOT like that at all. The best we have found for our dogs! It's clean, easy to find with good parking. read more

Thanks so much to Donna and her staff- I had just adopted my rescue dog and he was in desperate need of a bath. Donna let me bring him right in and they took great care of him! He had probably never been bathed before, but they handled him very well and he came out looking amazing! Thank you so much! read more

Amazing!! I've taken my pets to a lot of other groomers and after going here once I'm happy to say I'd never go anywhere else. The owner is so sweet and so helpful and my dog doesn't get stressed out when she's there. She always looks and smells great after her appt and you can tell everyone working there genuinely loves animals! If you haven't been here you need to try it! read more

Short wait times, friendly staff and fair prices! Best groomer we've found yet for our Golden Doodle!

Do not take your dogs here. My 4 month old puppy was jumping and nervous for his first grooming. Donna was frustrated. She dug a comb into his back and he cried. She then grabbed his collar and i was holding him too. He cried again and that's when I felt a chunk of his skin in her hand. She was pinching him so he would sit down. We left. Do not take your pets here. read more
