We brought our 5-month-old cocker spaniel puppy, Luka, in for his first grooming experience, and I couldn't be happier! As first-time puppy owners, I was nervous about leaving him with people we didn't know, but the entire staff was so warm and welcoming--it immediately put me at ease. Sue did an absolutely amazing job with Luka! She even went the extra mile by sending us photos during his grooming to show how well he was doing, which meant so much to us. The care and attention they showed made this experience wonderful, and I can confidently say this will be Luka's groomer for life! We're obsessed with how great he looks and how kind everyone was. Thank you all for making this such an amazing experience! read more

I absolutely love this place! I just had surgery and wasn't able to give my dog Gabino a bath and trim his nails. I am ever so glad I went to We're Nuts about Mutts, it is a wonderful place (it has such a great vibe) My groomer Kathy was wonderful and everyone is very friendly and kind. I just wanted to give a shoutout and let everyone know this is the place you want to bring your fur-babies. Excellent helpful staff and wonderful shop. Wonderful place! I trust them completely with my dog. The staff are the sweetest people, and they are very knowledged on each dog breed's type of fur, and will provide recommendations on what they suggest when grooming your dog. Definitely am using them for future appointments. read more

We are NUTS about We're Nuts About Mutts! We now have two large Old English Sheepdogs and WNAM does an amazing job of caring for our guys when they're there and making them look sharp! Our older, larger (130 lbs) girl can be difficult to groom as she is a bit cranky, but she always enjoys going and comes out looking like a star! We were really hooked when we brought our little guy fresh from the farm and they made him look like a puppy model. We've had professional grooming elsewhere, but are now lifers for We're Nuts About Mutts! read more

I have two Australian shepherds and since I've moved it's been difficult to find a groomer that knows how to cut and shape their coats. We've been to many groomers in Indiana and none have done even a half decent job. We're Nuts About Mutts has nailed it. I drive 40 minutes to get them groomed there and it's 100% worth it. Highly recommend. They have great customer service and are friendly. Belle and Beast look show dog ready when they are done with them. Thanks We're Nuts about Mutts greatly appreciated. read more

We're Nuts About Mutts - After grooming - Pet Groomers Near Me - Tinley Park, Illinois

I am so grateful that I found We're Nuts About Mutts. I have two fur babies, Princess and Tazer. They had their first visit for a bath and nail clipping with Carly and Cindy this past week. Both of my babies had a most wonderful experience with them. How do I know? Because they were happy and calm after their time there. When my little Princess would have her nails clipped at the vet's office in the past, she would cry out in pain every time. Whenever I would try to touch and caress her paws, she'd pull them away not wanting to have them touched. Cindy used the grinder instead of a clipper, and Princess did great and didn't even cry at all. Now when I go to caress her paws, she doesn't pull away at lets me massage them. So thrilled she no longer has to suffer. Thanks, Cindy and Carly, for being awesomely great at what you do by kindly and gently making my babies' bath time a calm, pleasant experience! (: read more

I took my 7 year old dog Storm here for the first time today. I have always cut her nails myself. Unfortunately, I cut one nail too close recently and she has not allowed me to cut her nails since. I've been battling with my dog for a few months. I was desperate to have her nails cut. I read great reviews here in regards to trims so I decided to try them out. I am so greatful for my experience with these women today. My dog has never been to a groomer. The process was seemless. They let me hold her while one of the associates clipped and then ground her nails. The associates were very warm and did the best to make my dog comfortable. In fact, the employee that did the trim educated me on trimmings. She stated that if my dogs nails were trimmed more often, the veins would become shorter. I never knew this! I will continue to take my dog to get her nails trimmed here. I was very impressed with my experience. Thank you Nuts About Mutts! read more

Great place. A lot to f tender love from staff. Awesome place. My dogs hair was so soft, some great shampoo and conditioners.

My pup Kodi and I absolutely love this place! I've been taking him here for about 2 years now and I'll ever leave. Cynthia and Carly are so personal. I love them. Everytime we visit my dog is comfortable. Never has any issues. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of my fur baby! read more

We're Nuts About Mutts - Goober after Hair cut - Pet Groomers Near Me - Tinley Park, Illinois

Another solid haircut from We're Nuts About Mutts. We have a wirey haired beagle Wheaton mix. She was in desperate need of a haircut. The last person who cut her shaved her against our directions and it took forever to grow back. We're Nuts About Mutts did a wonderful job. They shaved down the legs, neck and butt, trimmed the face and took off just the right amount from her body. She looks like she got a haircut, but still looks like herself. Excellent work and reasonably priced. read more

Carly has been grooming my now 10 year old "son", Bradley, for probably 9 years. I met her when I used to live in Tinley Park. When we moved to New Lenox, i dont mind driving that far. I used to get calls from other groomers that they can't groom Bradley because he doesn't sit still. It was frustrating. When Carly left her old job, I had to find her. I couldn't trust Bradley to just any groomer. I am so happy with her care and work ethics. I even recommend her to my friends and co-workers. read more

I am so excited about this grooming salon! Carly has been grooming my shih-tzu, Fiona, for years. When she told me she was opening her own place, I was ecstatic . Fiona can be very temperamental, she doesn't like many dogs, and is a bit aggressive towards people. I never have to worry when I drop her off to Carly. Carly is an extremely talented groomer/stylist ! Shih-tzu's aren't the easiest to groom, I've never found anyone else who trims her nearly as well. She gets a full body trim , and looks absolutely gorgeous when she comes home from her day of pampering. We're Nuts for Mutts is located in a great spot , right in downtown Tinley Park, and is super clean, and inviting inside. The prices are VERY reasonable, and the staff is excellent. They are extremely compassionate , and I never have to worry when I drop Fiona off there. I encourage everyone to try it out! read more

Went to get my dog groomed there one of the worst places to go. The owner was telling me that my dog is under weight. And how I need to take better care of my dog. Went to kriser's natural pet. Asked on the the groomers there if he was under weight and she said that boxers supposed to be more thinner because they are more of a sport:active dog. And said "Seeing ribs is better than seeing the Diabetes in the rolls" But to make sure to go to the vet for yearly check ups. read more

The people who work here are amazing. I take my dogs here for their grooming needs. Recently, the dogs had their nails trimmed. They do a fabulous job. There is plenty of parking! This place is awesome. SUPER sweet people. Brought my 11 month old pup (55 lb lab border collie mix) on two occasions. The first for a nail trim and immediately new this was my spot moving forward. I'm very picky when it comes to getting my little Trevor groomed. In the past we have been lucky to find some really patient groomers and have been kicked out of some. So when we moved to the area I did a lot of research and found We're Nuts About Mutts. Trevor is 13 and can't be rushed, doesn't like his paws touched, likes to try to bite and probably isn't the best client!! I booked with Carly and she's amazing!! Our first visit she took the time to ask how I like him groomed, we talked about his allergies and decided to go with a scent free shampoo. He has a signature dyed Mohawk and she was able to maintain it as well. The whole staff is friendly and inviting!! I would highly recommend! read more

Love this spot. I was notified by my vet that my 5month old puppy wasnt tolerating a nail clipping and they werent able to do it. I contacted Were Nuts About Mutts and with no hesitation they said "bring her to us" I walked in and was greeted. They took Piper right away and allowed me to stand with her while they trimmed her nails. They were done in 5 minutes. I appreciate these ladies!! read more

Booked online 2 weeks in advance to get my dog groomed. They called me the morning of and told me they can't accommodate me and that I booked too late in the day. That was the only time slot available online. Very rude on the phone. They won't be recieving my business in the future. Maybe get a Manager that can better organize your clients. I got 4 different notifications asking me to confirm my appointment and they still cancelled because they don't know how to schedule. Unprofessional. I wouldn't trust my pet in their care. read more

Amazing groomers. They are patient and kind with all pets. Most places prefer to medicate a pet to groom. If they are good, the groomer does not need to medicate. Well, these ladies are FANTASTIC! They treat each pet as if it were their own. You can see how much they love animals. Highly recommend this place. I would never take my pet anywhere else. read more

They did a great job and the staff was very nice took great care of my puppy! Thanks keep up the good work!

We went in there, for the first time, to have my dogs nails trimmed and the staff was very warm and inviting! It was Lionel's first time ever to get his nails done and I'm happy that it was such a positive experience! I would definitely recommend this business and will be going back. The price is right and it's supports a local business! Win, win! read more

Wonderful ladies! Great grooming on both of my dogs. Very knowledgeable around pets. We'll be back soon. Thanks.

Absolutely loved em. It was my doggies first time at the groomers. She gets scared and aggressive when I try to groom her. They did so great with her. They took their time to make sure my baby was comfortable. I don't mind driving 30 minutes away to get my fur baby groomed. read more

Very good at what they do! Super professional and treats the dogs like their own. I have a 120lbs Shepherd who isn't the easiest to deal with and also has really bad anxiety! Once i left he was done within 2 hours or so and he was super calm when i came back to pick him up. Both ladies are very trust worthy. It's a small cute little shop very intimate. So if you're looking for a home feelings and a safe place to leave your pet I honestly couldn't think of a better place. She doesn't take too many dogs at a time so she definitely focuses on pets there more so than corporations do they take a lot of dogs at once, which is a plus because she usually gets dogs out within 2 hours or so! Definitely give 2 thumbs up and a 5 stars!!!! read more
