Stopped in here after fun at Drumlin farm. My son enjoyed the turkey sandwich and I had the drumlin farm salad. The food was super yummy and the staff were friendly and welcoming to a small child. I will definitely be back any time we are in the area. read more

Well, we stayed away for this place for over a year, because some kitchen employees were not wearing masks during the worst part of the Pandemic. Things have not changed much. The place was filthy, floors not clean, tables not cleaned, and the bathroom was totally disgusting..someone had gone in there and peed all over the toilet and floor..I had no more appetite when the food was ready. Stopped by today and had the Michaelangelo on sour dough bread, plenty of good fillings like fresh mozzarella cheese, basil, roasted red peppers, lettuce and the perfect amount of balsamic dressing! The sandwich was nice and warm, perfect! The bread was fresh and had just the right amount of chew! I also had the buffalo cauliflower protein bowl! Yes, I was very hungry! This just might be the best bowl I have ever had, chickpeas, quinoa, cauliflower and a few other things plus a light dressing of sorts, very healthy. Please, please, please change your cold brew! I want to give you more business, but honestly I've tried the cold brew 2 times (hoping the 1st was a fluke), and I can't drink it. I'm not a coffee snob, but this stuff is worse than the McD's I've had to drink once. It's super acidic and simply has to be thrown away. I visited the twisted tree cafe and had a delicious grilled caprese sandwich. Plenty of vegeterian options that were clearly marked. What I really appreciated were the covid precautions. They only allow one group in at a time and you can wait outside in a covered area. The outdoor tables are actually distanced!! There are alot of good outdoor areas in Lincoln for picnicking as well. We were in from out of town and so checked Yelp for a good breakfast place. The website and Yelp reviews made it sound great, but it was mediocre. A number of menu items that led us to choose it were not available. The coffee was extremely bitter. Service was spotty. read more

These guys do a fabulous job. On numerous occasions I've gone in with my son who always seems to have a special request (grilled cheese, or something else not on the regular menu). We were so happy to have stumbled across this place while hiking in nearby Concord. Really huge and delicious sandwiches and smoothies. It's in a very cute plaza with other shops and an art gallery, and there's lots of outdoor seating. We couldn't be happier to have such a well run cafe in our little town. Whenever we go in we are greeted with smiles. The staff are pleasant and work very hard at making everyone happy. I have to say, I liked the food here, but the size of drink in the cafe is so confusing me. I ordered a cup of large oat milk latte before, but I just get a cup of coffee like gender size in Starbucks. I looked around, I found others have a larger cup coffee than me, so I tried to make sure they did the right size, they told me it is large. Then 2days later, I came again ordered a large cup of iced coffee, and iced tea, both of them I got a larger size than before. 6.5dollar only gender size latte? So confusing. read more

I really want to love this place since it's one of the two restaurants in our tiny town. I can say it's a big step up from the previous cafes in this same location. I've tried it 2x both for breakfast, so I can't attest to the sandwiches and salads (which sound yummy based on their descriptions). The first time I went, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a latte to go. The latte was small and uninspiring and expensive and I received the wrong breakfast sandwich. I walked back and explained I had the wrong sandwich. No apology, just a stare from the employee and then she asked, "So what do you want me to do?" I actually had to explain that I'd like the sandwich I ordered to which she exclaimed, "You know you have to wait, right?" The second time I went with my son. He ordered the little latte off the kids' menu and a bagel. After a few sips of the latte, he told me it didn't taste good. I took a sip and he was right! (The milk seemed off). I brought it to the counter and explained the issue. Again, complete stare of apathy (with a different staffer to boot!). I asked if he could have a hot cocoa instead. She said sure but I'd have to pay for both drinks, which I did begrudgingly. (Sadly, the hot chocolate is not kid friendly so that got tossed as well). I had the millennial toast (which was delicious but basic) and another boring latte. At the end of the visit, I realized I spent $30 on guacamole on toast, a bad latte, a store bought bagel, and 2 drinks in the trash. My fiancée and I have been pretty down recently being in our 20s, living with immunocompromised people, and totally unable to go out. So when I ordered takeout from here I was overjoyed. We picked up our order outside so I didn't have contact or even have to go into the store, the place looked clean with all staff masked, and there were markers outside for social distancing. Hot chocolate with pot oil. What?? My kiddo pointed out that the special hot chocolate mint had CDB oil in it. It was listed as mint hot chocolate with CBD. I had no idea that this is what it was. Thankfully I didn't accidentally ingest this by not fully reading the menu. This cafe should recognize that Lincoln just voted about a week ago overwhelmingly against having pot stores in town. I seriously doubt that parent would be happy to learn their kids can get "special hot chocolate with cannabis oil". You lost me as a customer Twisted Tree. Yes, perhaps the name is apt. read more
